This restaurant is so slow! Had to wait over 10 minutes to place an order inside! Should be called Snail Food instead of Fast Food.
Went to this “ McDonald’s “ for dinner. I went inside because the drive through was very busy. I never go to the drive through. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Within a few minutes I had a nice and hot meal. Thanks for reading my review and a helpful thumbs up would let me know someone else reads these reviews. Have a great day.
I stopped in this McDonald's location at the Lakewood plaza for a Big Mac, fries, and a drink. Though the drive-thru was fairly busy, the inside of the restaurant was empty...I assume because people were standing in the parking lot watching the fireworks light up the sky. The dining area was very clean with adequate table seating.I greeted a female employee and gave her my order. A few people were entering the restaurant and within that time I received my food. The fries was hot and crispy, and the Big Mac was nicely prepared. Will return to this location abain whenever I get the taste for McDonald's.
Will not return to this McDonald's, ordered large fries and got a medium. The restaurant is industrial with no drink refills that you can access. Coke was has no carbonation, sucked the experience.
I ordered a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries and a water. Instead of just filling the cup that cup that comes with a happy meal with water. They wanted to sell me a bottle of water. I ordered a second happy meal with a cheese burger, extra fries and a Dr Pepper. Then a #1 with a Sprite, then a spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich and a medium fry. Did I want the meal, they asked. No.I paid and the wife noticed that the price was low and looked at the receipt. They had missed the meal with the water and my Spicy Chicken sandwich and fries. I told the lady that was giving us half our order what we actually ordered and she said it was not what we ordered. I explained that we know it wasn't wrung up right and we just want to complete our order and pay for it. So she rang us up after asking, "Water? like you want a bottled water?We went to parking space 2 to await our destiny. A lady came out without the water. Got home and not a drop of spicy sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich.
I went through the drive-thru and they were very fast and efficient one lady was trying to get in front of me we really didn't know who was first so she let me pass and when the lady read the order off she read the ladies order and I told her that wasn't the order and the drive-through person just told me the next order and she was correct so they're doing a beautiful job I really appreciate this McDonald's
Somehow gets coffee incorrect almost every single day. No consistency, never follow directions- they just put what they want. I ask for no cream and every-time its like milk.
Stopped by to grab some lunch and ate instead. What a nice clean lobby. The gentleman working to keep the lobby clean was doing a excellent job. Very attentive to making sure all the tables were clean and drink station was well stocked.Thank you Sir.
Unfortunately I am a local guide for a reason. I have to report when mistakes are made and when service was not right.1st- I ordered two of the new Crispy Chicken McMuffins add cheese on my way to work. With two cokes and 1 burrito.2nd- She hands me the cokes and tells me to please park in spot 2 to wait for my chicken..3rd- The employee comes out and hands me the food. They gave me two chicken biscuits add cheese. NOT McMuffins4th- The manager comes out and says “if I take this bag, all they will do is throw it away, keep it and I’ll get the order out asap “5th- While waiting for my replaced order, the employee comes back out and takes the bag from me and says she is going to bring my correct food out when the manager just told me to keep it?? (This employee refused to let us keep it)6th- Whoever told that employee to come out and take the bag (which I know they did) clearly has too much pride to believe they made a mistake and instead would rather throw away perfectly good food instead of allowing us to keep it and possibly give to my employees at work. Or even my children that can eat a LOT.Last but not least- I use to be a shift manager overnight at a different McDonald’s so I know all the tips and pros and cons of the job and computer system. How does an EMPLOYEE override a MANAGER?
Staff was pleasant and friendly.Food was hot and quickly made.Clean atmosphere.Thank you.
