Twice I have ordered online, only to find out upon arrival that they were "out" of what I ordered. The only option I was given wad take it or leave it. I won't be ordering again.
I’m order a pizza last night after 30 minutes I get noticed my order is ready for pickup, when I get to the store, they are told me I don’t have any order here. I’m show him everything and, he said he have to give me a refund, I’m talk to him to tell him after I’m waiting a long time now I get notice my order ready for pick up and when I’m coming you tell me something different, and one come from outside, he said what you want to do, I’m the manager, what you want to say his my little cousin, and he keep to talking in my face, ask me to come out he want to find with me in front of my children, that’s very disrespectful.
Cashier was terrible.. moving slow and on personal cell phone. Only had 2 ppl working and all customers being told is that every thing is and hour wait. Me and a few other customers left unsatisfied.
One of the worst units I ever have been. Got there around 8:35 pm.Guy behind the counter yells :" no walk-ins, online orders only!" Ok, so I order on line and pay for so my in line order in at 8:40 pm. I went outside went to CVS around the corner got an email that my pizza ready. Go back to the store just to find out they don't have it. So I asked for refund Spanish speaking woman ,who turns out to be a manager, trying to tell me something then walks away, so I ask for refund again she comes back mumbles something in spanish again, then the guy tells me your pizza would be ready in 5 min. and now we are 10 min.passed readiness timeSo I asked for refund again. Guy works on my refund while Spanish manager pushes through half baked pizza and yells to me that it's ready. At this point if they still want my pizza they have to finish my pizza the proper way and give me another one for free, but they have no idea about how to retain the customer or keep him happy. They have no clue about customer service, absolutely 0! I would wait another 5-10 min if she would spoke English to me and be nice about. It sucks that we have to live in the 3rd world country here in South Florida.
Ordered online. Said it would be 45 minutes. I showed up at the pickup time and had to wait... for another 45 minutes... FOR BREADSTICKS!Meanwhile, my pizza was in a box, on the counter... GETTING COLD!!! There were another 10+ people waiting as long as I was.Avoid this location if you can. They have issues. Your food will never be ready on time and they don't offer anything to compensate it. No free soda, no discount, nothing. They just make you wait 1 hour and 45 mi uses for a cold pizza and cheesy bread that they say will be ready in 45 minutes.
Exactly what you should expect when ordering online. Got in, saw my name on the display, grab my order and went home to enjoy a delicious Hawaiian with no hassle. Good job!!!!
Place was really busy (was about 6pm so middle of dinner rush) but they were still able to get us in and out really fast even though what I ordered was not a "Hot N Ready". Quality was what you would expect from Little Cesar's Pizza and price can not be beat as always. Very pleased and will definitely be back!
All lazy staff. Pizza nut cut properly requires knife. No change$. Rude manager no wings ready. Not speaking up. No eye contact. Dirty menu. Dirty cooler. Dirty countertops. Dirty Lobby. No Hair nets. Poorly groomed.
Pizza hot. And the employee were very nice. My grandson forget my phone and his. The keep for him. And even tried to locate him. And he has a iPhone 13 honest.
Ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes past my order time.They never ever ever have pizzas ready to go. Unlike what they advertise for this company. ??♀️
