Be very very careful if you see them rushing orders out. They serve undercooked chicken to me and I had to throw it away. It's an issue they have It's happened to me 3 times at 2 different locations. Twice here and the other in downtown Miami. Used to love this place but raw chicken can make someone seriously sick. That's not how you treat paying customers. I wish I took a picture to show people but I'm always so disgusted I just throw it in the trash.
Hubby convinced me to try it out! I got the steak and those onions and potatoes were out of this world! I’ve eaten here another time since!! Really delicious!
Just got my food thru Uber eats, delivery was ok but Food tasted bad, not good at all, l ordered the steak Sautéed and all l got was veggies, very very bad, the worst food l ever ordered in my lifeFood smelled strange, rice was bad as well, fries were Soggy, fries yuca was hard as a piece of stick, don’t order from this place, order from the one on SR-7 and Atlantic you’ll be doing yourself a favor.They charge good money for this very poor quality and smelly food.
I be there at least or once every other week I pick up two number fours which is too steak dinners rice and beans and plantains this was the worst steak I've ever had it was dried out unedible and since I live all the way out in Coral Springs but I work in Margate I did not feel like driving all the way back there but I would pick it up at least once a week because it is close to my job and we enjoy it I have to say I will never go back there again I don't know what happened but I'm not asking for filet mignon I know what I'm getting when I spend $14.95 for a meal I'm not saying it needs to be you know a medium rare New York strip but I also know that I should not be getting beef jerky.
food is good, one of the best locations for this franchise food wise, attendants could be a bit nicer, not so spacious to dine in, there’s almost no space for the line
We moved from South Florida 16 years ago and every time we go visit we stop to eat here. They have the great food. Never disappointed.
Fried seafood rice was not very good maybe the worst I had from other branches the seafood was extremely chewy. The papa huakina (potatos in well sauce) was cold and needed much flavor. Other locations was much better honestly. The staff was friendly and place was ok clean tho. I dont think I will be visiting this location again it was that bad.
The chicken was flavorful and the black beans. The beef sausage with fries was a weird meal combo but it was for my 3yr old. Now it was a whole plate of french fries and about 10pcs of beef sausage sprinkled on top...definitely not worth 6 and change...its also more Peruvian than cuban.
Sadly, after being a patron for 15 years I will no longer be coming back to this restaurant. Food quality has gone down, smaller portions of everything and a ridiculous price hike (they even try to charge for sauces). On top of that, the rude and horrible customer service. A little tip to management, if business is bad maybe shouldn’t have like 8 people standing around doing nothing. They sure don’t take care of the customers so not sure what they are paid to do.
