very rude employees, i was calling regarding a refund on my burnt PLUS uncooked pizza and i was told the head manager did not want to take my complaint and i was hung up on.
Don't use Groupon with this Hungry Howie's location! I refunded by Groupon with this location after having such bad customer service. I had a Groupon that didn't expire for 3 months and I had never used it, a cashier named Zoe said it was invalid. I asked to speak to a manager and she transferred me to another employee, and it wasn't the manager because she sounded unprofessional and quite frankly talked slow like she was high. I then asked her to transfer me to the manager and after explaining to him what happened he hung up on me, very unprofessional. Get better staff, and if you all don't want to accept Groupons stop offering them.
I would give ZERO stars if possible!! We were given a free pizza card from my daughter’s school. She has been so excited about using it. I called to ask about the card, and I was “transferred to the front desk.” The rude man that picked up said they don’t honor the card anymore and I would have to come in and see if they had any??? I started to ask about placing THE OTHER PART OF MY ORDER THAT WASN’T FREE, and he hung up on me. When I called back, I asked to speak to a manager, and I was transferred. I’m pretty sure the same a$$hole picked up, and when I asked if he was a manager, HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!! She received the card a few weeks ago and it was expiring today, but don’t give these out at school if you don’t plan on honoring! I called the Owner/Operator cell number on the card, and left a message. Let’s see if they even care that they lost me as a customer before they even had me! Good luck staying in business if your MANAGER hangs up on patrons!!!
My son received a coupon for a free large pizza from his school…. If you’re going to hand out coupons to the schools in your community you should be ready to honor them.I was told they’re only giving out Medium pizza with the coupon due to the fact that they had to give away so many pizzas. If the coupon is for a. Large pizza I expect to get a large pizza! They should have planned for the loss they would be taking! Will not be spending my money here!The restaurant was clean so I have them a two stars

I ordered ahead of time and tracked my order status and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes which I wasn't happy about because I had a migraine and was just trying to pick up and go
The cashier that answers the phone has zero customer service skills at all, I called and she answers the phone "Hello, is this a prank call?" And then put me on hold for 10 minutes. I drove over and it wasn't busy and she still had the phone off the hook, I told her that it was me she kept on hold and she didn't even acknowledge or apologize and told me to hold on again and started moving two empty boxes to shelf and came back to say what do you want to order, I placed my order and came back about 15 minutes later and decided to order a soda and she threw my change in my hand. This young girl needs a lesson in customer service or shouldn't be working in the services field.
Amazing pizza and location. I always go to the Deerfield Beach location. Ever since the owners took over this location in margate, it’s my go to place. Always consistent!
