I went to this location and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Upon entering I was promptly greeted by a lady named Dawnette who was super friendly, polite and professional. The food looked fresh and enticing and the wait time was impressive, I was in and out within 5-7 minutes tops. The presentation and quantity of the food was good, no complaint there. The baked products looked fresh also. Next time I will be sure to buy one and write a review. I would recommend this location if you’re hungry, great improvement from a year ago.
Food taste is exceptional! Really excellent! Thank you for a delicious meal each time I stop by. The customer service is also wonderful which keeps me coming back. Great job staff and cook/chef!
I stopped in for some quick breakfast. The ladies are nice. I didn’t have any Spinach patties, but they’re really good. I had Callaloo by it self and it was delicious and spicy. But not to spicy
My previous rating was in error. I've never had any issues with this location. The staff is always friendly, they're not the fastest but they get the job done without complaint or excuses. The line is usually long but that's a great sign the food is worth the wait. Prices have been high lately but that's to be expected in most restaurants.
They deserve a negative 1! Customer service sucks! Get there lady moving slow with the one customer, me and another gentleman there waiting. On the other side of the register she finished with the customer and proceed to help another customer that just walked in and completely forgot about me and the other gentleman. Speechless with this display of customer service.
I realize what the problem is with yall.. yall don't cover your steam table compartments that contain the food...it effects the integrity of the food.. dried out rice, veggies and meats.. if you kept lids in then it would help allot
The hotel pan of soup looked very much empty. I asked if there was more in the back and the lady said she didn't know. Then asked me if I want everything in the soup but there was nothing in th pan lol. I wish she would've took the initiative and check the back for fresh soup. So I had to take what was there because I drove so far just to get what is usually fresh soup. Patty was also hard. I don't know how long they were sitting in the hot box. Hopefully better next time.P.s. no chicken or dumplin in the soup. Just carrots smh
Omg!!!! The cabbage is so hard to chew because it's not steamed well enough. The food is pretty decent but the cabbage is a NO for me next time.
I love this place and so far over the years, they never disappoint.
Been here a few times and tried a few dishes. Staff is always friendly and greets when walking in. The goat curry is great, as is the chicken curry and oxtail stew. The fish was good but it was a whole fish so heads up there if you prefer fish fillets. I normally don't like rice and beans, but theirs is good, particularly with the entry stew liquid poured on top. The steamed veggies I found bland, but my dad and friend loved them, so person taste there. The spicy beef patties are a favorite, and the mild beef, curry chicken, and shrimp ones are also good. The j*** chicken one was surprising not as flavorful.Overall, they have a nice selection and well spiced, with large portions and reasonable prices (especially daily specials). The lemonade is also great. Highly recommend!
