I used to love their subs. We always order the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket because it's my son's favorite sandwich. The last three times I ordered it, he didn't finish it like usual. So 3 days ago I surprised him with the sub and he only took 2 bites and say he didn't want it. So I decided to try it, the meat was chewy and it tasted like broil bacon that you can't stop chewing on. When I asked him, he said it tasted like this the last 2 times. The full sub is still in the fridge. I will be looking for a different place.
The subs are hot and delicious. Recent management better as far as courteous and helpful. Hours of operation could be better.
I don't understand the appeal of these basic subs. The ingredients are just OK, the meat is lunch meat quality. I only come here because of t- mobile Tuesdays. The staff is always nice every time I stop by.

Food use to be good here. My wife and I ate here yesterday. Food was horrible, also waited 20 minutes to get 2 subs. We were both sick last night from this rotten food! Quality and quantity went down the toilet.Also read the other newest reviews. I’ll never eat here again.
Used to be great. Last couple of visits sandwiches had LESS meat than subway. Bacon missing on my club twice. Cutting corners and getting cheap on quality, probably going out of business soon.
their mac and cheese is expired, their potato soup is expired, they leave the bread out so it becomes stale, the steamers are disgusting and burnt, this place needs new management asap. would not recommend
One of my favorite sub places to go. Plus I live within walking distance so it makes it better. Club on a sub is where it's at
I remember this place used to be good. Second time coming here this year and was very disappointed. There’s was only me and one other person in the whole place and they took 20 mins to make my sub. Ordered a smokehouse brisket sub and it was cold and the meat was very chewy. Could barely eat it. Only ate half the sandwich because I was hungry. Never again
Clean facility, average service, they did their jobs. The sandwiches were good but slightly dry. They were not generous with the condiments, meats or toppings.
