SO AMAZING! From the coffee to the desert - fantastic! The staff is so friendly and such a cute a quiet atmosphere. Quick service too!I will forever come here (probably 1 or 2 times a week!)OH and get their chicken empanadas —- HOLYMOLY ARE THESE AMAZING!!!
My girlfriend and I went for a quiet evening and the experience was worth it…. The service was delightful… each employee that we came into contact with had a smile and very welcoming… Now to the good part THE FOOD…. In one word delicious….. full of flavor and we basically cleaned our plates… we ordered a flan and as you see in the photos we did enjoy…. The little things brought smiles to our faces…. Do I recommend this place the answer is HELL YEAH….. don’t just take my word go on and taste for yourself and you too will be writing a review….. ?
The carne aguacatala was amazing cook to temp with great flavor. Beef empanada is better than chicken. Must get the fresh orange juice.
It’s was my first time coming here. I got Jugo de maracuaya with milk and it was prepared exactly how I love it. My friend got the limonada de coco and she’s loved it! Everything tasted so fresh. I got the chicharrón and my god it was amazing. My friend got Pechuga con champioñones, she said the chicken was really tender and the sauce was to die for. Would 100% come back and definitely recommend!
The decor is beautiful & authentic. They have their own brand of imported Colombian coffee which is delicious! The food is by far the most authentic & delicious I have tasted in the nearby areas. Service is excellent as well!
Stopped in here for the first time as I was getting a hitch installed on my SUV. Came in for breakfast and got the Colombian steak with arepas and a Cafe Con leche... Meat was seasoned well and the onions were delicious on it. The area with cheese was satisfying and the coffee was bomb!!!??
I’m visiting Florida for the holiday and always want to eat Colombian food the moment I land. We didn’t want to drive all the way to Miami to eat at Versailles so I Googled “best Colombian near me” and this restaurant was listed. I’m super excited to begin with to eat because I normally don’t branch out for Colombian food and their food looked amazing. During this time we arrived, it was the three of us in a empty dining room around lunch time. We thought this would be perfect because we were expecting a full restaurant and we now were able to eat and get our food in a decent timing. That was not the case in our experience. Our server, Dionny was genuinely welcoming and kind. He offered us drinks, their specials, and appetizers to begin with and then we ordered our main entree as soon as we were done. After we had ordered, we noticed the dining room was starting to fill up and throughout the entire time we waited for our food every single person that was seated after us received their food first. Our water was never refilled and we were never checked on again. Every single person that came in after us all left before us. I thought I was overreacting but my friends noticed it as well. Since we were never checked on, we had to walk to the register to get our check ready. I really appreciated his kindness and his compliments but questioned the authenticity after we were served like that. I would be fine not coming back.
It always such an wonderful experience at El Balcon De Las Americas, but today was especially so because of our server Dionny! He went above and beyond in everything he did for us, especially when he brought us our cappuccinos with a special message for each of us. Thank you so much to Dionny and the entire staff at El Balcon for always making it a pleasure to eat here. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
Breakfast menu has a lot of variety, the food was good but the service was the best of all, Dionny our server was very attentive and polite!
Dionny was AMAZINGGGGGGG. He was THE SWEETEST PERSON ON EARTH. He was very accommodating for my family and I. The food was the icing on the cake. Literally the best place I’ve had down here so far!
