Just awful! Ordered steak medium rare...but got medium well. Ordered diet cokes but they sent regular Coke which I can't drink.Food was thrown together and packaged very sloppy. Very low quality ingredients. Institutional type cuisine...think school or jail! Just awful.I specifically called and spoke to owner asking for medium rare and please include napkins - all ignored!Seriously they should be ashamed of their poor customer service and for providing Slop Food!
Great atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, and excellent food. I was thoroughly impressed by this restaurant!I am a food connoisseur but I have not tried much Latin American cuisine. This was an eye-opening experience.The yuca bread is so simple yet so alluring. I am not a fan of bread but this yuca bread was spectacular, I didn't know bread could taste this good. Was soft and slightly buttery, and the cassava infused into the bread gave off such a unique delicious taste. My guests also loved it.The mango milkshake was easily the best milkshake I have ever had. I noticed that the mangos used were a unique and luxurious type of mango which gave it a delicious taste. Perfect combination of sweet and creamy and savory. The portions are generous and I had two glasses of it!!There are so many authentic dishes here which are executed perfectly. I only had a few things from the menu but everything I ate was excellent.I hope that the restaurant continues to beautifully present Latin American cuisine, and wish all the best to the staff and owners. Keep being amazing!
Andrea and the entire team are Excellent! Service to guests are very focus on giving you a great experience while dining. Food is extremely fresh with great taste! I definitely will recommend anyone to enjoy this great place to enjoy good food, excellent service, and of course great latin music!
OMG... this place is wonderful!!! Love all dishes, specially salmon. But I’m delighted with colombian dishes, coffee and desserts. BTW, I’m so grateful with customer service. I would give you 10 stars. Néstor and Andrea recommended me what to eat, because I wanted everything… hahaha. They were both very nice and kind. Congratulations to El Balcón de las Américas for everything: food, service, atmosphere… Greetings to Néstor and Andrea: you guys rock!
It always such an wonderful experience at El Balcon De Las Americas, but today was especially so because of our server Roberto! He went above and beyond in everything he did for us, especially when he brought us our cappuccinos. Muchas Gracias to Roberto and the entire staff at El Balcon for always making it a pleasure to eat here. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
Fernando really went above and beyond to make our Valentine's Day dining experience great. He even brought a heating lamp because we were feeling cold outside. Thank you so much for the delicious food.

Great food and service!! We came to celebrate my father’s birthday and had a great time l, Fernando and all the staff were the best!, they have live music on weekends so I highly recommend it,We’ll come back soon.
On vacation. We ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches with salads. We also order appetizers. Uber drop our food off. We got no salads and our Cuban sandwiches were on my grilled pork, nothing else on the sandwiches.Grilled pork and bread. Sandwiches wrong 2 salads missing and it cost me a little over $70 . Food was great, just didn’t get what I ordered.
On Sunday January 2nd we go to have a family time , the service that Mynor give to us was amazing , a part that we got take care a little late , the wait was value as the food and the service was awesome , I definitely recommend to go and eat here and also ask for mynor , his service was wonderful !!
