I tried placing an order being that I am on a 16hr shift. The young lady behind the counter refused any meal orders and said only coffee. I didn't know they could refuse to handle orders if it's on the menu. Scrambling to find something somewhere else. Thanks Dunkin
Horrible the people dont have any idea of running a business I wait 20 minutes for my bagel at the end they gimme the wrong sandwich and other people also they complain about the slow pace .what a way to start the day.
Worst service ever, both (girls ) employees super rude!. And disrespectful.Both had a mad face on. Completely ignored me And I had to get a refund they didn’t had my order ready and they didn’t even bother to tell me they were out of the donuts I order.
Absolutely awful. Only ordered hash browns. They were soggy and tasted like they had been cooked in fish oil. The staff behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing for DD.
i really enjoyed the yummy tasting chicken burger and fries...and a mix of my favourite sodas...

Horrible breakfast! They gave me burn’t hash browns. When I took it back they told me; it’s not burn’t, that’s how they’re supposed to look. It tasted burn’t and very oily. The breakfast sandwich had the same taste. Just horrible. Corporate office should go and inspect how they’re preparing the food. Seriously!!!!

apparently they changed the name because there are no donuts in this place even though that is their name it is a great lack of respect the very attentive girls did not know what to answer
Horrible customer service you definitely don't get what you pay for even if you've had anything on the menu in different locations you will not get anything remotely close to any of those here you get what you get ask explained by the manager
