Worst employees ever. They yell at you for ordering a dozen donut boxes . They need new staff And management

This is the 2nd time this week that I went to buy Donuts at this location and they are completely out!!!...When asked if they will have more later they said No!!...How is this possible when its only 6pm in the evening and they close at 9pm??....How can their brand be famous for selling donuts but they never have any after a certain time??..Very unfortunate for anyone who has a day job and have a donut craving after dinner or going home from work...This is very disappointing for a location in Coral Springs!!..Wont waste my time anymore driving into this plaza!
The person responsible for taking orders is incapable of having basic listening skills.
After my Sunday Morning walk, I always stop to get my wife an iced French vanilla coffee. Today there were three of us at the door knocking to be let in , due to the door being locked at a time the store is open. We were told to stand in the drive thru to order our food. We literally had to stand behind cars and in the paths of vehicles getting their order before us. I asked a manager when would she open the door to the establishment, she replied when she gets someone to work the front. Say hi to the decision makers at Dunkin. No worries , Starbucks is at the next light.
It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, why wouldn’t I love this place! They are fast! Whenever I place an order for pick up, the minute I walk in it’s ready! Even when they’re packed, it’s ready! They’re always really friendly and helpful too and the food/drinks always taste amazing and are made right! Highly recommend going to tbis dubkin!
Terrible experience today. I have been going to this Dunkin for a while and don't have much complaints but today!!!! They were busy and even with ALL these employees working, the service was terrible. Because of the long car line, I decided to order in the store, the cashier was not pleasant and not only they made me a wait a long time for my order, they burnt my egg bites. On top of it all, they didn't even have the decency to let me know when my order was ready. By the time I realized that they were sitting in the online orders, they were cold and burnt.
Coffee was good and service was good also... But my jelly donut was a little stale .. But ordered another to see if it was the last of the batch but the second one was also stale. I visit the bathrooms and they were clean..
Good customer service and the wait for the food was short
