By far the worst customer serviceI I have experienced!!! There’s ONE gentleman that works in the back preparing food that’s nice. But let me tell youuu, those cashiers are the PITS!!! It’s not that hard to smile and say hello or good morning! You allllllll need to do better and get some proper training.
Ordered a bagel toasted w cream cheese, was never toasted no heat at all coming from bag, did survey all they could offer was a donut, I have an egg allergy, I'm not a child to be brushed off with a donut.
They didn't' have donuts on national donut day. What a let down. I guess they ran out and don't care to make more. Great way to run a business!
They are just not proffesional at all. Always yelling, lol..but the orders are 85 % wrong. I stopped patronizing them.
Very rude, aggressive staff. Liars who say you didn’t order something when you know you paid for it. Will argue a point to a bitter end. Never received such terrible service at any Dunkin, Starbucks, coffee shop or fast food spot for that matter.Horrible service / staff who need to learn manners at the very least.
This Dunkin donuts always has great service. It is clean and has a friendly staff. Every time I order ahead, my order is done properly and is ready on time. ?
Went to DD this morning for bagels. Ordered two TOASTED bagels w/ cream cheese. First I was shocked at the price, $2.79 each. Then when I got home, not TOASTED!
This is my closest location. I try to avoid it but I do go somewhat often. It’s generally disappointing. I’ve had a few positive experiences, but way more negatives. If you’re not in a rush, it’s on your way and you remember to check your order thoroughly before you leave so they can fix it at least once, maybe twice, it’s an ok place to get coffee. Typically they’re out of a lot of the stuff and no one is in any type of hurry. At all. Ever. A 15-20 minute wait is not uncommon, even when there’s no one ahead of you. I love Dunkins just for being Dunkins but if you have the option to stop somewhere else, you’re probably better off.
I have been coming to this location for a few years a frw times a months, because I live close by. NOT A SINGLE TIME THEY GOT AN ORDER RIGHT! It is always something: wrong items, missing items, sugar when you ask for none, not toasted when you ask for toasted. The owners need to hire enough staff, because these people are swamped and overwhelmed.
Ordered a midnight coffee using the app. Got just the regular dunkin coffee, no one said anything about the change... grrr!!
