Hours say they close at 8pm, just went through the drive thru at 739pm and the employee told me they were closed. I said “I thought you close at 8” she said “nope, we close at 7” …… ??? It’s annoying because I specifically came here before my night shift because they were “still open”.
Wish I could give no stars...went inside because line was sooo long...4 people in the place working ordered 2 ice coffees and took over 8 minutes to get 2 coffee..really...the place was gross, dirty and floor felt sticky ...been going to dunkin but will not be back to this one EVER AGAIN....YUCK....corporate get in their...because it is clear you have never seen this store!!!!
This Dunkin’ Donuts appeals satisfactory to my morning and I recommend people passing through in the morning to definitely come to this location! Thank you DD Team!
The amount of incompetent skills that is here is unreal. I ordered one drink and they still could get it right. The inside tables were horribly and dirty. They didn't care either, I asked them to clean it and still nothing. Their manager seems way over her head with this franchise. At this point I believe that they need to hire some more competent people with the required skills to be able to run a franchise and keep it running. Honestly, just horribly service will never be returning.
One of the worst experiences for my new year, staff overall as I entered was slow lackadaisical and just overall didn't seem interested in helping anyone. Ordered a ice Coffee and sourdough sandwich, after 15 minutes if waiting I said, I have work so either I get my sandwich or my money back, staff looked at me didn't care, went to speak with a friend or boyfriend that came in that was not at the cash out counter where I was beckoning for some help, I lastly left, said you guys robbed me since I got nothing for my money, and overall horrible refection of the service I expect from Dunkin.
Afternoon shift should have 3 people working not 2, I know some owners that like to exploit employees for not having a 3rd wheel to do the job, having more people it makes want people to go back to the same spot.
This Morning my Wife picked up a Hot Chai Latte from this dunkin donuts.She works in down town fort Lauderdale, several miles away, when she got to her office and opened up the cup... There was a green NASTY looking drink in it, she tried several times to call, and no answer and you couldn't leave a message either it was Full.... This is a SHAME no type of customer service or anything..... REALLY sad... I am going to put this on Yelp, and any other place that i can, we really need to put some kind of pride in our work, or MANAGMENT need to do better on over seeing....Thank God that it wasn't a do or die that she need this drink...
Went into DD this morning ordered 2 dozen donuts and a half dozen bagels. The cashier Tomica was assisting me then stopped to help another employee who yelled across the place"grab me a boston crème" and she yells back"girl cant you see im busy with this big order" but stops and gets her the donut. Comes back to finish getting my order ready then stops again cause she cant open the bag with her nails . she runs over to another co woker to help her. She forgot to charge for the cream cheese so i had to use my debit card again for just the cream cheese. She bagging up my order and goes to hand it to me and the manager (ashley or amanda) comes over and snatches it out my hand and re bags it. Then walks away with my cream cheese and come backs a few mins later and hands me my items. The girls Working there are ghetto...yelling about what they cooked for dinner last night. Took about 25 minutes to get 2 dozen donuts and a half dozen bagels. Very unprofessional.
The coffee always comes out terrible. I don’t like chewing my iced coffee.
