Fast service, good coffee. Don't like the propane or gas taste on some of the food, but when you need a quick breakfast, it's good!!!
i ordered a hummus toast and always order it with pesto sauce they said they cannot do that. i have been ordering that way since it came on the menu. cassy the order taker refused to do it. wow and very rude about it. i will never go to that dunkin again, rude and not customer friendly. cassy get another job, you are more of a walmart worker.......very disappointed
I was drawn in for a National Donut Day PROMO but when neither of the two donuts I ordered were available I was told in an unapologetic way the reason they didn't have what I ordered was "today's Donut Day." Must have sold out of the good flavors quickly. I was given stale scraps in undesirable flavors that mostly was tossed in the trash. I had to buy ($) a drink to get this promo which was one big fiasco for me. Oh, well. Live and learn. The Iced Americano drink ended up in the trash too.
Twice in one day my drink had grinds from the espresso machine sitting at the bottom.The price of drinks have sky rocketed. The cup is filled with more ice than the actual drink it self. The ice surpasses the ice line that is mark outside the cup. I'm constantly asking for light ice, very little ice, yet I'm being ignored and when I get my drinks the cup is more ice then it should. If I wanted a cup with just ice only I can get that for free at home. This is ridiculous and frustrating that they can not follow simple instructions. It has happened more than once.
I'm done writing about this place. Easily the worst in the area.The ladies at the drive thru in the early morning are awesome. Otherwise, this place is the same.4-30-21The coffee I just got was so old it was just warm. It tasted disgusting. Not coming here after 11am again.
it's always a toss up between what I order and what I'll actually be served. unfortunately, I use the drive thru most days so i sit at work contemplating if I should eat something I didnt want or order...yesterday I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and I got a raisin bagel... which was actually a step up from last week when I ordered my whole family food, got home and realized my food wasn't even in the bag. I drove back ... I got no apology. in my opinion i should have received a whole refund considering I sat and watched my family eat before driving all the way back for my breakfast.
First I ordered online and food was all wrong. Went in and corrcet the order for the second time it was wrong. They never got the order right. Went home with whatever they would give me to avoid a argument. But my last straw was hair in the drink. I'm disgusted. I order 2 mobile order and both were wrong. I have no clue what's wrong with this loction but I won't be going again! I would like my money back asap!
Order consistently is messed up. Yesterday I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and received plain cream cheese. Today I ordered a plain BEC bagel and received whatever this is. Somebody there needs to learn how to read when making orders and double checking instead trying to rush and get people out the drive thru.
I'm there at 4:05 AM. Service was fast and friendly. But, when you have a taste for something and it does not turn out as you requested, that messes it all up. My order was simple, a toasted sesame bagel with butter then I said with extra butter. I'm home, gunna eat then sleep till work time. My bagel was so DRY and my small sweet tea had so much ice the straw wouldn't go in. It may be to early for them.
I get coffee everyday and on several occasions I've gone to raising location and can't make anything with the expresso machine! I will NEVER attempt getting my coffee at this location again! never going back!!!
