Location on 5434 North University Drive is horrible service and food was not fresh and they ran out of both rice and salad for the meal all in one visit, with no available substitutions. Server had a bad attitude!! A waste of money! Dutch Pot from now on!

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD. With so many jamaican restaurants to choose from you'd think customer service would be taken seriously. This was my first and last time at Donnas. After getting my food I asked the young lady to put 15 on my debit card and I'd pay tje rest in cash. Because she wasn't paying attention, she ran the entire amount. Worst customer service ever experienced just now. Being courtesy isn’t a requirement when supporting this business . I had to walk out after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Extremely rude! Donna’s located at 3213 SR 1 N in Margate,Fl. Is this how you want your restaurant to be represented? Wow! In disbelief!
Donnas in plantation I would not recommend I ordered a small ox tails with rice and peas, cabbage, gravy on the rice and plantains, I got no plantains, no gravy and some super hot spice in my food I couldn't even eat. Would not recommend
Sunday brunch was excellent. A wonderful variety of traditional Jamaican breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes that will not disappoint on flavor, taste and presentation. Manager on duty (Donna A.) was a pleasure and kept a close watch to ensure our large group was being attended to timely. Also enjoyed the selection of natural juices like sour sop and carrot (albeit a little too sweet). Will defiantly be back.
