They are very disrespectful, I had order a vegetable stew/ legume. I regret I didn’t open the food while I was there. The amount they put in the container my 5 years old can eat it and less than a minutes. They give give us a big bone and not even one spoon of the legume. That’s a waste of money. And I will have to speak to the manager because that doesn’t make no sense. It’s like feeding a 3 years old child. That doesn’t make any sense and I know you guys could do better.
No customer service. I was trying to get a side of legumes on the menu, the cashier told me I had to order a full meal to get a side. I was like but you have what I want as a side dish on the menu. I was confused.

Horrible customer service will never order from this restaurant again. Last time I ordered a (fritay cabrit with a side of Akra) the order was delivery but the akra was missing I immediately call the restaurant I spoke with the lady that was very nice I asked her for a refund she told me no we don't refundbut next time when you order we will add the Akra. I said you didn't write down my name how would you know she said don't worry anyone you spoke to will give it to you. I didn't make a big deal about I know I will order again that will be fine. So today I called to place a large order for $120 because I have a few friends over so I told her about a $5 credit I have she told me who did I spoke with I told I don't remember the person but she told me whoever I spoke with will add the Akra on my order she said she can't do that I told her I will cancel the order if I don't get the $5 credit you owe me why would I lied over $5.I cancel the order I will never order with them again It is a shame but I'm not surprised
Very Stressful experience at this dining facility today. If customer service messes up which they did, what needed to happen was to do what’s necessary to give the customer a great experience. Not the case here . My card was incorrectly charge and after over an hour of no one being competent enough to make the proper corrections, my card was in turned charged more money no apologies or anyway of them to try and rectify the unpleasant experience. To make matters worse I for home and the food is cold and the turkey is hard. Just disgusting worse experience at a Haitian restaurant.
The restaurant has a cool vibe. Customers can sit and watch television and sporting events while waiting for their food. There is a long wait for your food as people that have place orders online are picking up their food and being served before walk in customers. As far as the food, I ordered the fried Turkey complete, it was a little tough and not season enough for me, the gravy tasted like water. The plantains were not crisp or season either. The rice was okay. Overall, I have had better Haitian food.
I really hope as Haitian people we learn better business skills. Customer service is just as important as the product you are selling. Start with being kinder to your customers and having patience. We come to your business to support each other. But what we get instead is demeaning language and subpar service. Do better, I beg you.Well I’m never coming back here again. It’s a shame because the food is decently good. There is a good mix of traditional Haitian dishes with some other Caribbean and American options.However, my family was disrespected twice by the women in the front. The amount of food you get when ordering in large is insulting. Do not bother ordering ahead at all because they don’t make the food in advance and will lie to your face while you’re forced to wait 30+ minutes.

Their food is always spicy, doesn't matter what you order., and get ready to spend a long time there waiting for your food, doesn't matter if your order ahead of time. The place is ridiculous.
AMAZING food! Wanted to try some Haitian food & this definitely was the spot! The rice & all was well seasoned; definitely going back! Worth every penny!!!
