The food here is always good. I've been ordering from China House for a long time and I have never had any problems with my orders. The Family Pack Meal is a great deal and easily feeds my family of four with plenty of left overs for another meal. The flavors are great. It's a small place, but big on quality and great customer service. ??
I’ll give it a 2 because I haven’t even tried their food lol but I read the reviews before and the food looked good but I still seen alooottttt of 1s for this same reason . Poor customer service. I called to order delivery through them because I wanted to give them my money instead of ubereats and etc. Trying to be nice here. Asked for my address . I told them the same address over and over again . It’s only one address I can give them and they say no no I don’t understand. Huh put it in google !!!!? It pops right up wym ? Lol the First Lady got aggravated and called the next guy saying “idk” the guy said “what’s your address” gave him the sameee address I even spelled it out .. I work 1.0 miles away from this restaurants That’s why I choose them . He say eeehhhhh no I need more …. Lol welp I said forget it ??♀️ Lol already lost me
At 1st when i called, i thought person over the phone was rude. Once i went to pick up the food as an understanding customer i realized that it was a young kid, possible son working the register and his english wasnt 100%. Lady working the grill was very nice and lovely and once she saw i was a new customer she gave me an amazing present which is that beautiful calendare in which she said was her last! Now the food was veey delicious and we have gone back again.
The people were nice, the food was fast but the food was not good at ALL. I told my GF this was the worst Chinese I’ve EVER had and she couldn’t understand why until she ate her noodles. Waste of $18 unfortunately. If you want good tasting Chinese food, go elsewhere. People were nice, the food tasted really bad, almost non edible but I paid $18 so I tired my best to eat it ?
To be fair, the food is ok, especially the wonton soup but the lady at the counter (same person that answers the phone) is insanely rude every single time. Once I found another Chinese nearby I quit ordering from here. I've seen two five star reviews, one citing this as a wonderful place to dine in and the other citing their excellent buffet. This place is a storefront, STRICTLY takeout so those reviews should be ignored as they cannot be talking about this place.
Wish I could give it a zero so I order chicken wing and fries for one order and chicken wing and pork fried rice for the next chicken was fine but have a lot of oil in it the rice was dry like it could stone a animal, the fries is drench in oils the fires is hard and nasty when call about the mistake on my order they trying to give me excuse and they hang up twice in my ears … and this is where it get funny I call for a a home delivery they asking me to pick it up smh like I didn’t just ask for my food to delivered so anyway they said they gonna drop the fries off in 30 min because they busy fries came and it’s still the same old nasty fries they gave me from before don’t go there please it’s not worth it
Worst food ever! Horrible, threw out the food. This was my first time and last. Bought Sesame Chicken and it was tiny diced chicken with the skin in breading that each piece ere the same size made into a ball that was a the size of a nickel and deep fried. Tiny little chicken balls in dried up batterer. Pork Fried rice had only 2 pieces of almost invisible diced pork. No sauce on the Sesame Chicken it was dry and the serving sizes are in very small containers smaller then I have ever seen from a take out place. Waste of money!
I've have ordered from you guys on numerous occasions for my work office.The food is average at best but the service is horrible. I called in today to order for 5 people on a new phone number and they claimed we could not order until we come in to pay because we are a new customer. So I gave them a number I usually call from and the lady who answered said there's a note we don't pay and hung up. Excuse me? Last time I'm ordering from there especially since I always go to pick up the food.

HORRIBLE FOOD DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I would have given 0 stars but you have to give 1 to leave a review. I ordered 2 large shrimp fried rice. I got 1 large rice with 6 tiny shrimp on top. There was 0 shrimp mixed in with the rice. I called and spoke to the owner. He said they put 16 shrimp in the large fried rice. When I told him there were only 6 he tried to play it off that he ment 6 shrimp. He said to bring it to him & he would give me another. I told him I was sick with COVID and could not leave my home. He told me to do whatever I wanted then. He obviously does not adhere to the CDC COVID guidelines because he did not care I was Sick. I ordered once before from them and the food was not good either. I tried to give them a 2nd chance. I should have read the reviews before I I order the 1st time.
