I love their ice cream cones their to die for. My mom and I after every one of her dr appointments would go and get one. She has now passed recently. So i just went to the dr and had to get 1 in her memory. I called the store for s reasons something was wrong with my reciept there and the manager is not even returning calls. Something was wrong from the start when i got there the gurl had me pull up then pull back as if she was scanning something then she had me pull up again. I watched as i asked her if she could add another drink to my order she said we don't add to order's here. So i had to ho all the way around . Then i noticed she did it to 2 other cars. So something funny going on at that location and she never gave me my reciept for my 2nd order. And the manager never called abd i cannot put my information in the checkers app it won't take my information from the first order. I spent over 25.00 that day and i can't use it. Because of their mistakes or whatever their doing over there.
I waited like over 32 minutes in line for my food and when I got it it was over cooked and slightly burn ?It's like they refried the Chicken ? over ???This Manager is not running this store instead He has the store running circles around Him.They need to get rid of himHe doesn't have a clue has to what he's doing.
Food tastes great, but be patient with them if you see a line, usually understaffed. Would recommend if you have the time, but not very fast
This location used to be one of the best.... Don't know what happened. We walk up to the order window and the two employees ( manager and helper ) just looked at us from the inside and never opened the window to rake our order... We waited the better part of 10 minutes meanwhile we're just staring at each other. I'm motioning with my hands to open the window so we can placemour order. They simply ignored us... Mind you the drive thru was open and they expediting orders...... Needless to say, we never bothered going to the drive thru either, they seemed like dear in the headlights. Neither one knew what they were doing. That was the last for me at that location.
I don't eat from her but I love the strawberry/banana milkshake mixed together ?
It's OK. Just as any other fast food.
Make sure to check your order before pulling away from the drive thru
It's ok here. Pretty slow though I suggest just parking and walk up to the window
The manager over night showed me so respect as a customer I was just getting off work from doin a 10hr shift there where two guys at the walk up window asking for water she help those guys got my order in and I was gone the service she has was great
Workers are quick & professional & friendly ! Everytime they make my order the way I want it ! Great team work, they all deserve a raise & a nice Christmas Bonus !!They deserve it !??I wrote this review for the "CHECKERS TEAM" On Hillsboro Blvd & Military Trail on the Northwest corner of the intersection in Deerfield Beach ! That's the only one I go too ! Hope they get the CREDIT FOR THE REAL PLACE I GO TOO !!!
