Not only did it take 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order, I bit into my nugget to find a piece of plastic. I placed my order via thru and got to the window and had to wait 10+ minutes for them to bring me my order. I complained to corporate as this clearly is a health hazard and can cause someone to choke or get very sick. This obviously didn’t happen at the store level as the nuggets are merely fried at the store level but are made at the factory level. I was waited on by 3 different people in drive thru- one who handed me a drink, another who handed me my order, and another individual who gave the sauce that was missing from my bag. I would have returned to the store for a refund, but gas is $$$ and I just spent $14 on a meal I can’t eat. I tried to call the store to inform them of the plastic, just to warn them and maybe see if they would pull the item for safety reasons but nobody picks up. Hopefully corporate can sort this out. Sadly will have to toss this meal, hopefully I won’t get sick from the other half of the nugget that I ate and the several others before seeing the plastic.

This is one of my favorite stops on the way to work. I'm a big fan of Burger King for years. This place always looks clean and fresh. I am always greeted as soon as I enter the door.I met Katrina the district manager has been added to the staff to really fine tune. Most businesses today are struggling because of lack of employees. They said they'd hardly get responses when signs are placed outside "Help Wanted". So everyone must be a little patient. But when the food arrives it's delicious, it's hot, it's made fresh to my order so I'm happy..Shailove is also great! ?The summer is here so apply for work!

The point system here is good and the $3 impossible whopper deals weekly are worth it for me to come here. Make sure you sign up through the app to receive and redeem points.

I beeng treat like criminal and the person treatment me like this is the manager she used races w me because in spanish and i have accent she teme spick ingles. And she denie to made my order jelly and me and ignore me and take care nest customers this very antiprofesional and is second time i disscus w this ladie the first time she cursed snd me i call the corp snd they dont fo anything.i goeng to send letter to white house to force this place to put camaras because the employees cover them self and thast why unredpect the cudtumers.enough

“25 cent” is what the employee told me once I asked for BBQ sauce.Kinda cringe. That’s why I stick with Chick Filla , the workers act like they don’t know how to replace a bun if the customer may be have sesame seed allergy.I noticed the workers aren’t that nice to the nice customersThe short lady worker that gave me a dank face after I ordered a small ice coffee is exactly why you are still working here.You first worked at Taco-bell now you here.

Ordered 2 whoppers to go with no onions. Got home and had onions. Not the first time at this place. This time took back. I even confirmed with gal at window no onions and she agreed. When I handed the bag back to her she handed the new one and slammed the window. Should have had an apology.

Sat in the drive through for literally 20 minutes at 10:30pm. Sign is still on, lights in the kitchen are on. Someone is walking around, but no one is taking orders. If y’all are closed, change ur times or something.

Today is the last time I will go to this Burger King. I always order at the drive thru, and have had previous problems. It is hit or miss. Food is not always fresh and there are problems with the fries. Today, the fries were so bad - they were dried out and hard. The employees had to know this, but served them anyway. All you had to do was look at them. The drive thru has been keeping this place open during the pandemic, so I would expect fresh decent food. I did not ask for fresh fries because you really don't know what you are getting when you are in the drive thru. However, I do expect decent fresh food.

Hate the fact that this is my local Burger King and I come here a lot and still get treated bad, I have a lot of kids so I come here sometimes 3-4 times a week and for a while I have noticed that the manager gets overwhelm easy an is rude I asked for ketchup and told me that the store doesn’t carry much ketchup…. You gave me 4 packets and I ordered 4 sandwiches and 6 fries…smh… before giving people attitude over something so insignificant focus on getting my order right you messed that up too…. Came back to store and she swears I’m wrong and the answer I got was Oh well You just have to pay for another sandwich….. this is not the first time you’re super rude to me or my family so we really hope your manager finally realize the kind of person they have running their business because of you we will no longer ever visit this location. FYI the short girl should have been the manager to that store she’s the hardest worker and super nice to my kids always..

Worst Burger King in this area far as customer service goes. EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANAGER, looks miserable and never smile or seem pleasant in any way whatsoever!This location needs to seriously clean house and hire new morning staff!
