The Margate Florida location is super awesome. The manager Ellene helped me over the phones with a special offer that I had questions about and she was so patient and was SO HELPFUL. THANK YOU ELLENE ???
Looked to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but service has been continuously lackluster. Ordered the Garlic Roasted 1/4 Chicken w/ Sweet Potato Casserole and Mashed potatoes, and Cornbread. Meal was all but Cold, and chicken was over done. Will not patronize again.
Boston Market occupies a special niche for us. I generally stay away due to the high levels of salt in their food.But unlike other "fast food", Boston Market food is more like home cooking. I particularly like the pot pies, and my friend likes the turkey meals.Not a speck of deep fried coating in what we order.I bought one of the pumpkin pies they had on the counter. It was good and not too big.Not doubt due to COVID-19 and the time of day we visited, we had the entire dining room to ourselves, so no virus worries.
Mediocre food. Chicken too fatty. Choice of sides are mostly low grade and fattening. Chickens are smaller than they used to be. I used to go there over 3 yrs ago. It's gone downhill. Not going back.
Go there Often Was in the take out Car line for line 20 minutes when I got to the window waited another 15 minutes My order was simple special of the day They forgot to put the Apple pie ordered but charge me for it Food is good Service is poor Always Leave a tip At the drive thru window but not this time They should have told me to pull my car to the side and brought my food to me Cars were very upset behind me and kept BlowingThe horn like it was my fault
Bought 4 meals and it was pricey. They did not put any gravy on the side as requested. We had 4 orders with sides but was only given 2 pieces of corn bread. Didn't find out till we got home and opened the bags. Shame on them.
Worst service 20 minutes I'm the drive through for nothing, I ended up leaving hungry ?
Amy family went thru drive thru on august 12 2021 ordered 6 meals drove home only to discover we were short one entire meal ordered sweet potatoes but never found them in the takeout box and was told boston market no longer Carrie's mixed vegetables. It was my birthday dinner but it was a disaster. Never again will I order from margate boston market.very dissatisfied long time customer also no cornbread .
