At approximately 9:15pm, after confirming with my Uber Eats Driver that he was waiting for over 20 minutes to pick up my order, I called the restaurant.A male answered and I informed him I placed an order over an hour ago and my driver stated he’s been waiting over 20 minutes to pick up the order. I asked when will the order be ready?The male began to yell at me stating the Uber Eats Driver just walked in the door. He then continued to yell & argue that the driver was not waiting. Stunned by his aggressive and rude demeanor I ended the call.I called my Uber Eats Driver whom stated they are packaging the food to give to him. As a 1st time patron, I am utterly disgusted by the horrific manner in which the employee/owner spoke to me on the phone.The horrendous customer service was a precursor to the tasteless meal. A frozen dinner would have had better flavor.Business owner, there are dozens of Italian restaurants in the area, first rule in the restaurant business is provide excellent customer service. You failed to do so!I will never order from your establishment again. It’s a matter of time before your business fails due to treating customers poorly.This restaurant doesn’t value new customers and provides unsatisfactory customer service. Avoid them.
Stopped by “Annie’s Pizza Subs & Wings “ for a pizza for dinner. This was my first time using this establishment. The pizza was good. The store was clean. I felt the staff were a little flat and stand-offish, and not happy. I’ll still give 5 stars ?. I went there on a whim and die hard was playing. I knew it was going to be good pizza. It was instinct idk how to explain it. The dudes there looked like they knew what they were doing and (the really hot cashier) was so friendly. 5 stars man.

This is an update as before. I like the pizza so I decided to try the pasta, chicken, parmesan salad, and chocolate cake. In the photos you will see what they look like. They taste good. This is my new Italian place. Everyone should try and Make their own decisions pI ordered a medium meat pizza for lunch. I got to say very good. It's quick in quick out. Staff was very nice. Would recommend this place and will be going back pasta next time
Extremely disappointed pasta had 0 flavor I mean 0000... wings I had to put in my air fryer it was undercooked and 0 flavor also. Some one give thay cook some salt and garlic ? 0.0
We’ve been coming here for years, from Boca. Annie’s is consistently EXCELLENT. I can always count on the pizza to be delicious.
Eggplant parmigiana was delicious, so were the garlic rolls. Satisfied with the customer service. No complaints here ?.
