Awesome experience! Seven of us went to celebrate my daughter’s 18th bday (she chose the place) and it was great from beginning to end. Our server was very attentive, appetizers and food were delish and atmosphere and decor is very cool. We had the Picasso and Sunset roll (pictured) after enjoying spring rolls and garlic edamame - all a win! And if you’re not a sushi fan, they have a great menu with tempura and noodle dishes (as my 15 year old son enjoyed thoroughly). A manager even stopped by our table to make sure all was great. Can’t wait to go back!

Modern, decor for an Asian fusion restaurant. Started out with hot water poured over hand cloths. Nice touch. Miso soup was tasty. Food was all quality and nice presentation. Portions average. We didn’t have to wait for seating at 7pm on a Friday. Staff were friendly. It’s a favorite of our family who live in the area.
Aesthetic is gorgeous, poke is amazing - I will definitely be back. I notice that they need to add shredded crab to the volcano roll - it’s a staple ingredient. The bathroom situation could use some work. 2 shared bathrooms are available- They were dirty from men usage. I did not see an area for baby changing (very important to moms) - they did have a tiny space that you could lay a baby on top of a white cabinet. No straps and the paper towels rest there so this would not be safe.
Zukkan-San has multiple Florida locations including Tampa, Lutz, Lakeland and Charlotte NC.Their menu offers a nice variety of food and drinks including all types of wines, a few “Bubbly” beverages, beers and a nice assortment of sakes including the familiar warm sake. Their chilled sakes include the following categories Nigori, Honjozo, Daiginjo and Junmai Daiginjo. There are also flavored sakes and plum wine.Appetizers are abundant, the Tuna Tartare was my choice and it was excellent.Zukku-San offers tempura, soups, salads, sushi rolls, classic rolls, hand rolls,Nigiri, sashimi, sushi & sashimi palettes. They also offer wok and grill dinners for those who prefer a more familiar dish. The kid’s menu won’t disappoint. Dessert menu has something for everyone.Sashimi is my favorite and the Chef’s Plate includes the premium cuts such as Salmon, Salmon Toro, Hamachi toro, Akami Bluefin tuna (lean), Chu-Toro Tuna (med fat) and O-Toro tuna (very fat). Incredible!!!Zukkan-San is tucked away off SR 54 and Grand Cypress west of I-75 across from Tampa Premium Outlets Mall.

Amazing atmosphere! Love the decor. Menu items are unique and very tasty. I tried a boba mimosa and yum! Will definitely go back. Cute date spot!
Updated review. They are sending a coupon to make-up for the disappointment in our take-out order. Like my previous reviews on this place. The food is excellent and the service is good.What i ordered and what i received. They are usually better then this
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! There are vegetarian options, Nick the bartender is awesome, they have multiple food runners so your food is still hot when delivered. We went at a very busy time, and even with 5 sushi chefs, it took about 30 minutes for 2 rolls. They had huge platters going out for other tables though. They wouldn't have been able to fit any more chefs back there to help, either. They did a great job. Our rolls were awesome! We had other items coming from the kitchen, so the 30 minutes didn't feel too bad. We will definitely be back!
