Horrible experience today. Zero effort on getting the order right the first time. Avoid this place at all cost. Don’t use the app bc they still mess it up. Store should be shut down.
Ordered Cajun Club Sandwich Meal. Chicken was grainy and had a lot of grissel. Soda fountain machine was out of calibration but the fries were good and hot. Too many other options are available in the area to have a better meal. This is not the first time here and has not impressed me. Recommend to eat elsewhere.

This looks to be a newer Zaxby's; very clean tables, restrooms and floors. The lady taking orders (no name tag) was very friendly and did her job with a smile. We both ordered Wings n Things. Food was hot and fresh. I don't remember the chicken strips being so small, but it's been a while since we've eaten at a Zaxby's. My only wish would be to include an order of cole slaw with this meal. Will definitely eat here again.
I’ve been here numerous times since the store has opened. Today I got the chicken sandwich (chicken strips, Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon). It was really good! The fries that were part of the meal were cooked through as well! ? The staff there are wonderful, the place is always clean, and they work as well as they can while delivering great customer service. 10/10 you guys!
My Daughter and I loved the food and this was the best chicken sandwich and French fries I've tasted.
We went there for the first time today because so many people have said how amazing it is. We will never go back. I am not one to leave a bad review, but I had to this time. It took 15 minutes for our food to come out and it really wasn’t that good. They were out of sweet tea and a couple of sodas too. Service was terrible. Save your money and go someplace else.
Waited 30 mins for our food inside on a Sunday at 2:00. You all need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A when it comes to wait time, customer service and cleanliness of your store. The only reason we gave you all a shot was because Chick-Gil-A was closed.(Sunday) We definitely will not be back!
Ordered the club they had coleslaw originally on the sandwich… realized the mistake and wiped it off… just to add you see that beautiful piece of old expired lettuce … just delightful
