Sweet seasoning salt on French fries? Nasty. Mango habanero flavor is good, but nothing special. Original hot sucked. They were soggy and not saucy, the equivalent of microwave frozen wings. Ranch is good. Overall I’m unimpressed.
Placed an order online & was told it would be 18-23 min. Waited 25 min before arriving & still had to wait an additional 10 min. It seems like the food wasn’t ready at all when I first got there because I kept getting told one more moment one more moment it’s almost ready while other people were coming in, ordering, & receiving their food. Get home & the order was wrong, I ordered Hawaiian flavor & got some sort of spicy/buffalo. the corn was horrible! each piece was wrinkled & biting into it the texture was so weird like old. Worst experience here.
Placed an order online that was supposed to be ready in 18-23 minutes. After 40 minutes I asked how much longer and they said it would still be quite a while. Several other customers in the lobby said they had already been waiting over an hour. I asked for a refund and there was nobody in the restaurant that was able to get me a refund. They had to call the owner who said he would have to complete the refund online and it will take 7 business days. Couldn't even give me documentation of the refund. He said he was short staffed/just lost 3 employees. Well, if that's the case he should be in that restaurant alongside his employees instead of hanging them out to dry. Will not return.

This Wingstop, by far, is the best of all in the Tampa Bay area. The food is delicious and always served fresh and hot. Not once have I had any issue with the food I was served. The prices are reasonable considering portion sizes. Great job you guys!
I was really excited to find out Wingstop was going to be in Lutz. We have ordered numerous times hoping to get a flawless order BUT seems it just gets worse. The customer service even with the owner is horrible, he seems to be ok with running a low moral restaurant. I guess once you order and they have your money deal over. Consumers at a loss. Wingstop profits! The manager is rude and looks like she hates her job. Definitely not a warm feeling when walking in. The last order was wings with Teriyaki, when I called to complain the wings were too hot they said it was not Teriyaki that is was Korean BBQ and was about the same. The chicken was dry and small. Once you get home is when you find out order is wrong, ruins the whole night. Order food, wait 20-30 minutes get food home after another 10 minutes get ready to eat and bang! Wrong, poor quality and not worth eating. I'm done. Lost our family business! Tijuana Flats has wings, will now go there.
Stopped in on Sunday night waited 40 minutes for my wings and the fries were hot too bad the wings weren't and then there was a couple half wings that should not have been sold. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE
Friendly employees, clean dining area, and timely service. This location is run by the same owner of the Bruce B Downs location, so they have experience. Most of my orders have been accurate, but nobody’s perfect. Food is made upon order, so I highly recommend order ahead, and take it home. Usually about 15-20 minutes, but well worth it.
The manager and staff need more pay for the hell they had to endure on Superbowl night. Kept their cool and maintained professionalism the whole time. Amazing. God bless you all.
