This is the best Wendy's in Tampa at the moment. I can't say they've never made mistakes but when they do they always make it right. The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Google says I have 15 visits under my belt so I think my opinion is informed.
Staff and manager are terrible. I arrived to the drive thru at 10:28am to order breakfast. There was one car ahead of me and of course she took her sweet time ordering. Then I get to the speaker box and the employee puts me on hold for another 2 minutes. By the time she asks for my order it's 10:34am and she refuses to serve me breakfast. I explain the situation but she still refuses. Then I speak with the manager and of course he has zero desire to help in any way. F- service from these people.
This Wendy’s is always good to my family and I. Their night crew did better than day crews would at other restaurants. I’ll come in mid day or 2 am and their food is consistent and served fast and most importantly DELICIOUS. I don’t really write reviews at all so that’s how you know this location is good.
Not the best I have ever had....warm left over fries, burgers were made so sloppy they fell apart with first bite & warm. We were only 3 people in there at time so the next group got lucky & got the hot fries....hopefully there burgers were better. $40 spent & wishing we would have stopped at Chili's or Applebees for that price
Do $5 meal was terrible, fries never taste good. You could barely see any meat. Fast food anymore is only good when you eat it as soon as you get it. Fast food to me is just not worth it anymore
Food was ok. Newer facility, much better than the old design. People filling orders either can't read or don't care. Order hamburger with ONLY mustard, pickle and onion and get a cheeseburger! If I wanted a cheeseburger I would have said CHEESEBURGER! Music too loud and inappropriate for the clientele at the time. Loud employees goofing off very distracting. Apparently no management present or if they were, unable to manage. And these people in fast food think they deserve $15 an hour...ridiculous.
The girl working the payment window, the girl taking the drive-through order and then the girl giving food to people on April 24 around 230 need an attitude adjustment. All three were incredibly rude and very uninterested in being there. I get it fast food isnt a dream job but if you’re going to do the job at least do it w a little respect and treat customers with a simple please and thank you.
The manager was training and setting a great example. She was sweet and kind and making sure each customer felt welcome
The best Wendy's in town. I'll drive 10 minutes here instead of the one by my house ? great jon guys. Food always great tasting and hot. They always have everything on the menu. The staff is friendly and efficient.
Excellent Wendy's facility and always proper food... the bonus is that dapper well dressed gentleman named Stanley
