We went through the drive-through this morning. It was our first time ordering breakfast from Wendy’s and the cashier (Kristin) was super polite and very patient. She was even more pleasant when we got to the window. It was a breath of fresh air to get quality service from someone who was genuinely nice. Kudos Kristin!!!
I’d give zero if I could. I work in the plaza next to this Wendy’s and I’ve always had an issue every single time I come. They will make me wait to order Even when there’s no cars in the line and when you get to the window there’s 10 employees standing there talking. I actually heard an employee ask if the food was edible before handing it out. Worst Wendy’s ever go anywhere else
I just went through the drive thru on 3/30/22 at 3:08pm and this was the first time I had amazing service. The girl who took payment and gave me my food was very friendly and actually smiled and made eye contact! Thank you for finally hiring someone pleasant!

This place use to be good but lately it sucks. Nobody has any common sense. Baconator fries put in bag sideway, cheese didn't even melt! CHEESE IS COLD ON FRIES!!!! Sandwich is barely warm!! And of course the soda must've been warm because all the ice melted and my soda is now diluted!! ? ? ?
As the old saying goes, they screw in the drive thru.I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets.2 of the "nuggets" were just nugget sized hunks of breading that were hard as rocks.There was also no sauce put in the bag.Check your order carefully before you drive away.

Burgers are great at this location just wish the manager would not talk so much while ringing up orders especially talking to the ladies. It's lunch we are in a hurry
It seems to me Wendy's is sliding to the wrong side of food quality. The soda machine was mainly liquid with little soda flavor. The burgers are not a tasty as they used to be. The loaded fries ? were a mess. Yes I know loaded fries are messy, however these were drenched in cheese sauce. Wendy's used to be my go to fast food restaurant, may have to rethink my choice.
I usually love the food at Wendys, so disappointed to come through the drive thru and the cashier be snap at me sayimg "I said ill be with you in a moment!", when we attempted to order. The microphone is all static, and we couldnt underatand anything she was saying, but there was no need to be so rude! We waited nearly 20 minutes for food, and everything was cold. No Hot and crispy fries here!
