Disappointed tonight, but would definitely give it a second chance. The wine list was generic....not really even a wine list. I would definitely bring my own bottle, and found out that they have a $20 corkage fee. I think that would be worth it in the future. Garlic knots were a nice surprise. Sauteed broccoli was swimming in oil....Tasty, but too much oil for my liking. I ordered the chicken francese, and it came with a pale yellow sauce...not really sure what it was....not really lemon, and if it was butter, there was too much. I did enjoy the caesar salad....although some of the lettuce was a little brown. My partner did enjoy the tortellini soup. He also had a seafood risotto, which he would have preferred over a pasta. Cappuccino was good. As I stated, I think the restaurant deserves a second chance. Other comments are.....they serve soda in cans, which I think any pizza restaurant will do...nothing special there. As for serving the food, the wait staff wheels out carts to deliver food and then puts the dirty dishes on the carts. I'm not interested in seeing carts with dirty dishes, and will try to put that image out of my head. Last comment is that there was a guitar player, and that was a great surprise - very talented and added a positive to the overall experience.

We had reservations for 4 at 6:30 yesterday 6/17/22, we waited until after 7 PM to be seated. We received water after 5 minutes of being seated, the waitress came soon after and took our drink order and said she would bring bread right out. We received our drinks about 5 minutes later, she said the bread would be right out. About 10 minutes later she came to take our order, still no bread, finally one of our guest went up front to complain, they apologized and a basket of bread was brought out, not fresh, it was cold as if it was left over from another guest that did not eat all of their bread, again we brought it to management’s attention, then another basket was brought out and it was not fresh or hot. The food came out about an hour after being seated, my wife had the bass dinner, it was cold, had it taken back to be warmed in the microwave, she loves bass but said this was the worst fish she had ever eaten at a high end restaurant. We were told that 3 of their cooks called in and that is why there was so many issues. Our bill was around $200.00 for all 4 of us and my opinion was that even after all the issues where at least my wife should not have had to pay for a meal that was over $39.00. For a high end restaurant we were extremely disappointed, we were offered a free dessert but declined, afraid of what we might get. If they were having trouble keeping up and cooking the food properly then maybe they should have limited the amount of customers should have been seated and told up front when we were waiting to be seated. We had other choices and should not have been put through a situation where we had to be concerned about getting food poisoning due to undercooked food. My wife and I had upset stomachs all night. The waitress was doing the best she could but for an expensive meal the rating was unfavorable due to the food. The service by the staff was great.

Had made reservations well in advance and served a little early as we had an hour's drive to get there and we allowed extra travel one due I sting storms in the area. The hostess, Jennifer seemed a little frazzled after, but was able to set us within a few minute. After several minutes out server Mariella ( has been there over 20 years) took a drink order and left. She returned with drinks, and left immediately. She returned 15 minutes later to take our appetizer order. Appetizers arrived about 12 minutes and 15 minutes later. Appetizers were served in large plates which was difficult to accommodate with the very small table size. Our server never checked back to assure everything was ok. A busser cleared the appetizers and still no sign of our waitress. She finally arrived and we ordered our dinners. Dinner comes with soup or salad. My soup was in equal portion in the bowl and the saucer. My wife's salad came with the wrong dressing. Dinner was another twenty minutes to arrive. By this time my wife knew she would not be able to get while dinner but was preparing to start on it, when a staff member asked if was going to need a to go box. My wife said she would need one. (we had both only taken two bites of our dinners) and her plate was snatched up and my entreaties fell on deaf ears. A few minutes later the to go box returned and my wife are some of dinner from the take out container. During our entire 2.5 hour's our server never checked on our table to assure we were enjoying our food. We also spent the entire evening with another server using the very tight space between ours and the next table as a shortcut to his other tables. That server Alex actually did resolve several problems we encountered during our experience. I have the restaurant a single star because the guitar player was pretty good and we had plenty of down time to listen to him. Shall never return.

The servers, waitress, and rest of the staff were all very friendly. The ambiance was very nice for an intimate dinner. I was able to enjoy the company I was with. I really loved that they don’t rush you out of there. This restaurant is meant to take its time from the first course (salad and garlic knots) to the main entree. Everything was made per order so the food was fresh and super delicious! It does take a long time, but if you want food right away I would say go to Olive Garden. The staff went out of their way to get cranberry juice because my husband ordered a cranberry and vodka from the bar. They were out of cranberry juice and he would’ve ordered something else, but someone had gone to the store to grab some for him. It was unexpected. You just don’t get that kind of service anywhere else. We are definitely coming back. Make sure you make a reservation on their website before going. We got their right on time and were seated promptly :)

Staff is great. 10/10 for sure. The only reason for 4 stars is that you can tell that half the food is hand made, and half is just frozen or from a bag I could buy at a grocery store. Garlic bread? Store bought. Alfredo sauce? Home made. Tortellini pasta? Store bought. Fettuccine pasta? Hand made. Seems like it's very hit or miss when it comes to what dish you get. Ended up getting a tortellini soup and what was brought out was store bought frozen tortellini put in warmed up watered down chicken broth. Nothing else. Like what? C'mon now. Food is still pretty good, don't get me wrong, but for what the place could be I don't know if I'd go noticeably cheap on some things.

Great restaurant to visit. Food was very delicious and servers were on the ball. Our server made sure our food came out and on time. My escargot was yummy. My chicken Alfredo melted in my mouth. Great place with amazing staff and food. This is a must stop if in lutz.

Wow! It was not my first time eating here, but the first time in maybe 5 years. I don't know if it's under new management or ownership, but it's working. I made a joke on the way to the restaurant about great food with zero atmosphere. I was mistaken! We walked into a packed nicely renovated restaurant with live music. The food was amazing, and the service was wonderful. It's a local spot for me, but I would drive over an hour for it and still be just as happy.

We used to love this restaurant but our last two visit were the absolute worst experience from the food to the service. We were there for our daughters confirmation dinner and waited over two hours for our food to be served undercooked and cold. I am not a complainer but I did speak to the manager about our overall disappointment and they did take off the appetizers. Way too expensive for the food and service we received and we will not be back.

What a fabulous meal. My veal al limone and my guests fettuccine Alfredo were both stunning. But what made it such a great evening was the service. Everyone was friendly and delightful. Sadly I didn’t get the name of our super waiter (who took a great picture of us btw) and the lovely lady who took us to our table but I did get the name of the lady who cleared our table and looks after us so well - thank you Theresa.

We had no reservation. The wait time was exactly what we were told. The maitre d' was our waiter. He was able to take our order, delivered the entre's hot. while having to manage the incoming customers. The food was great as was the service. There were at least 2 tables of 8-10 people and most tables were occupied.
