New in town so I thought I'd check it out. Place has a fun vibe, and a pick-your-own hot sauce stand. If you want to each cheap food, this place is for you. The chips are good, but I don't what they are using in their guacamole, but I don't think its avocado. Calabacitas maybe? The chimichanga was mostly tortilla and had little filling. Consider the quality somewhere between taco bell and Chili's.
Such a fun vibe here!! I love the art, the murals, the funny sayings, and all the bright fun colors! It's a very relaxed, drama-free place, with great tasting food, and friendly, personable service.The prices were good for the portions we received, and the food was so very delicious!! Think this might be one of our family's new favorites.
Absolutely love Tijuana flats. Lately they have been very stingy with their tortilla chips.We order two bowls that come with chips and a big side of Queso and we get less than 1/4 a bag of chips. And when I say less than a 1/4 of a bag I mean like maybe 10-15 chips if that. What are we supposed to do with the rest of the queso? Eat it with a spoon? Ok so maybe some people will eat it with a spoon but we prefer tortilla chips. Were paying for the meals give us the correct amount.This has been happening last few times we ordered but we took it as maybe they're training new people and mistakes can happen when training. Will still order but would like the correct of food.
Usually love Tijuana. Good service, but we got so few chips and tiny tacos/quesadillas. Shouldn't have even ordered a side of queso, barely had anything to use it for. Good food, just sad portions from what I am used to from Tijuana, and this is on top of the discontinuation of the enchiladas I used to love and the online ordering being offline.
Very good customer service also the food was fresh and hot. Haven't eaten here in a while but everything is better than before. Great for the whole family...?
The food was good, as it usually is. However, the young man behind the counter was EXCELLENT! He made sure our experience was great. And he did the same for everyone I saw him interact with. A++ service!
Greeted with lovely smiles and an adorable waitress who placed our orders. She made sure I got the most food for the cheapest price, since I was starving. Inside, you can find a beautiful mosaic of ceiling tiles that show abstract art. While you dine in there's a lot to look at to keep your eyes as busy as your mouth chomping down on great mexican food. There are also hilarious bumper stickers randomly placed throughout the store for enjoyment. I ordered a WET steak burrito and made it a combo. You have the option to have queso smothered all over your beautiful-- hence making it WET. It was delicious and filling... The burrito almost took up the whole Togo container I asker to be provided with my meal. An extra side of rice, beans, a handful of chips, and a sprite only cost an extra few dollars. Lets just say I had to take home plenty of left overs! There's a hot sauce bar where you can try out different flavors and if you love one you can even buy a bottle before you go. In addition to my delicious meal... I thought it is pretty neat that you can order margaritas 4 for $20, as well as order them Togo! I will most definitely be a returning customer! Great hospitality with even better food!
Always a great option for good food. The burritos and nachos are amazing, plus there is a hot sauce for any taste at the hot sauce bar.
My favorite Tex-mex in the Lutz/Weasley Chapel area. Service is always great and the food portions are great value. Get the burrito if you want something thoroughly filling. If you do the survey on the receipt you get a free taco with *any purchase* next time you go. My favorite thing about Tflats is that with the reward app if you go on Tuesday and Thursday (the days they have specials for tacos and burritos/bowls) you get an additional 30 points, so it’s very easy to quickly reach free food.
Love this place. Food is always great and they have added new items to their menu.
