This place has gone down hill. I use to say they were a 5 star. I use to rely on them for delicious, quality Thai food, reasonable pricing, and good size portions. They still have delicious food…but…they might be closed when their stated hours say that are open. Check your take out order BEFORE you leave because once I was given chicken when I’m vegetarian and ordered tofu then another time they forgot my rice. Also every time I check the menu the prices go up and the portions go down. I shouldn’t have to fish out vegetables from a container more full of liquid and make more rice when I get home. I understand inflation but come on. You lost more money by driving away a consistent customer by constant screw ups and nothing to make up for it.

Delicious. Phenomenal Pad Thai; shrimp is awesome, chicken is great, and fried tofu is tasty. Amazing Currys, too; especially the pumpkin squash curry!

Ordered pick up today and it was interesting. I ordered a medium red curry and hot green curry with pad Thai and crab Rangoon. I’m giving it three stars because when we got home and opened the container, it was like two scoops of rice in each container. I had to make a pot of rice. So, that was disappointing. I don’t know if they were being funny or there is a rice shortage. If they weren’t so far from my house I would have went back to ask them if they thought this was okay. Then they mixed up the heat levels. So they wrote medium on the red curry but it was actually HOT and the green curry was medium. But! The pad Thai was great! Crab Rangoon dipping sauce was very delicious. If I were you guys check your pickup orders to be on the safe side. Judging from a lot of these pickup orders reviews it seems that it’s a trend of them messing up orders or giving out small portions vs dining in. So check your food before you get home !

Short version: food might turn out to be good but isn't worth the trouble/chance. If they screw up your take out order, don't expect a refund or customer service.Did dine in the first time we went and the food was excellent, but the restaurant smelled unpleasant and the bathrooms didn't have soap or toilet paper in most stalls (wasn't busy - we were the only ones there, true of both men's and women's rooms). But we found the food delicious, so we ordered online for pickup in a busy night before heading out of town. What a nightmare. There were problems with three of the four items we ordered. We ordered the same entrees the same way we had during our dine in order a couple days before, and we'd been pleased with what we received (that's why we ordered the same things again). Both entrees we got this time (pickup order) were inedibly hot (spiciness) and the sauce for one was otherwise watery and lacking any flavor besides pain. Paid extra for brown rice; got white rice. Asked for dressing on the side for the salad, but nope.Called and found out that the manager, who is apparently not at the restaurant and not available to provide customer service at dinner time on a Friday, has to approve any sort of resolution, so I am without dinner and without $70. But, supposedly, I'll be comped an amount equal to the parts of the order that were wrong whenever I come back.?

Thr food here is amazing. Seriously. Yellow curry or pineapple fried rice or duck tropical or drunken noodles....all great! Ambience is a little blah, and the servers tend to be young, inexperienced and just OK. So minus one star for that. But we don't go there for the atmosphere or the service. It's all about the amazing food.

I would say that my dish was fine, but the error was in asking for Thai spice. Rather than the dish being prepared with Thai chilies to bring the heat, it was thoroughly coated with chili paste. Unfortunately, the dish was extremely oily and didn't have layers to the heat. The lettuce wraps as a starter were very tasty. The sauce was a great combo with the crispness of the veggies and nuts. I would say the lettuce served to us was a little wilted, but the dish was solid.

Fresh spring Roll “RIP OFF “” $10.00 3Rolls with less then half one tiny piece of shrimp for the size of the roll it should have been a Vegetarian item? Best thing was the service was excellent not the servers fault.

Delicious food and good customer service

The Penang Thai and spring rolls are my favorite! Their Medium spicy is the perfect amount heat to a great meal. Looking forward to going back soon!
