Today was one of my best experiences at Starbucks. My wife loves Starbucks we drink at least a couple times a week, Alexandra, was our cashier we came to the drive-through and it was one of the most impactful interactions that I’ve ever had with someone who just wanted to make sure that we had an awesome day, her attitude and customer service was a 10 out of 10 if you have a moment stop by and get to meet Alexandra you won’t be disappointed she’ll make you smile.?
Was greeted by my name this morning, so I guess I’ve become a regular. Always clean and fast moving when busy. Props to all the employees who keep the pace while caffeinating the community.
I can not express how much that this is my favorite Starbucks EVER!!! I am greeted every morning I walk in, sometimes even by name. I have been handed my beverage as soon as I walk in on occasion, talk about service with a smile! I haven't had an opportunity to catch the managers name but AMAZING!!! I could go on and on lol THANK YOU for making my mornings just a little less chaotic ❤❤❤
I came here after the kids got out of school. I found it interesting the way they organize the drinks, to serve, by letters into three different categories. They seem to maintain well with large crowds and the place is kept clean. Spacious place.
This is definitly my favorite starbucks, and I'm so happy to also live close by. Alex that works at this location is just the best! She's so friendly, and genuinely brightens my day. I think I speak for alot of people that this starbucks has a gem working for them!Oh yeah, my drinks are always spot on as well.
First time going to this location yesterday and had a wonderful short conversation with the barista (I forget the cutie with the winged liner’s name, I’m so sorry!!) and came back the next day and felt overwhelmingly greeted and complimented (in the best way!). The ladies were adorably sweet and made me feel at home. I’d take the toll road to come see them every day if I could! Take care of your baristas, they’re special ❤️
Today I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato, but it taste more like a hot chocolate. I didn’t realize it until I was almost home and I didn’t have time to go back. This location has great customer service, but they are always running out of stuff. #unsatisfiedcustomer
Had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today. They didn’t have a tumbler on the shelves that I was looking for and the manager went out of his way to look through a shipment they had just received that morning and then called another local Starbucks to find it for me. Exceptional customer service! Also, the drink I ordered was perfect. So glad this is my local Starbucks!
People be nitpicking on anything the workers do nowadays, on behalf my experience mike was nice enough to make 2 drinks for me on the spot that my mom ordered from another location. Clean & Organized Spot, and it’s also not their fault that the workers are short staffed.
This Starbucks location is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The store is clean and the staff is exceptional. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience :)
