The service here is great and friendly. They baristas get 5 stars+. The baristas make you forget about how hair pulling it is to find this place. If you're not paying attention you'll go crazy trying to find it. Whomever designed the road systems in this area must have been a former bumping car designer. It's ok once you're in the parking lot, but get your devining rod out to find it.
I have literally never had a bad experience here. Customer service is amazing!! Thank you for the Earth day cup, you guys! Also, Peter Parker (if you know, you know) is amazing! Give that man a raise!
Starbucks is on its way down, poor customer service everywhere I travel. Worst of all is the call ahead they try to act like Chick-fil-A but have it all wrong people around the corner order ahead only to watch the barista make orders for people that are no where to be found.. you see Chick-fil-A uses location services before starting an order.. genius not the 20 minute wait for all the phantom orders at Starsucks. Then I try and get my money back and I have to call corporate on the app wait it’s so hard to find on the app you burned $6 so you head to Dunkin’s Donuts. I wish they had Mercury Coffee here in Florida.
Placing a mobile order THIRTY minutes before arrival should be ample time to make 2 drinks. I had to sit here and wait forever and the baristas get sassy if u ask.
My breakfast sandwich was tossed into a paper bag, cheese melted onto the bag and I had to pull my cheesy sandwich off the paper bag. No wrapper, nothing. Just willy nilly tossed into the bag. Won't be visiting this location again.
Disappointed in the order handling at this location. Placed my mobile order before getting in my car at the outlets and driving over. The car at the end of the drive through line (that hadn’t reached the speaker yet) had their order and left literally over 15 mins before my mobile order was ready. So much for handling orders in the order they are received. When I checked on my drinks, staff was rude and dismissive. I do not recommend this location. Worst customer service in Tampa.
This is the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The workers are rude and incompetent . I ordered my drink 45 min ago and it still isn’t ready. When I asked about it, I was ignored. I finally got frustrated enough and left ( almost an hour after I ordered and paid for my drink ) without my drink in hand. I will NEVER be back to this location!
This is the worst run location. They did not open on time today. The ovens were not warmed up and we have waited more than 20 minutes. Very disappointing for this loyal customer.
If it’s not closed than it’s a 30 min wait to get the coffee!!! This Starbucks has really lost there touch
