You literally can go to chic filA and order food eat it and drive Home. I’ll still be waiting at the drive thru speaker. This is consistently the experience here. Food is sub par workers are just plain lazy. 15 an hour? Insanity.
The staff here are great! I appreciate the customer service with a shout out to Wally and May for their great service and tasty food! I highly recommend the Bearss ave location.
Went through the drive through here and was greeted very nice and they got my order right and the workers there were kind
A very helpful customer service which made my day. Went there for a pickup. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. The service was quite quick. Would recommend.

Awful. Came here for a Doordash order. I pulled into one of the stalls and was told it was drive thru only. I pull into the drive thru and after waiting for about ten minutes for other cars to order I pull up to the intercom and waited about another ten minutes. No one came over the intercom to take my order. I tried calling the store, no one answered. I park and walk to the patio to pick up the order there. I'm told again that it's drive thru only and was blatantly ignored while asking to just pick up the Doordash order. I get back into my car and pull up to the window. A girl opens the window and begins reading a receipt to another order. I ask for the order I was there for and they just hand it to me. No thanks, no apologies. They also handed me an incomplete order which I had to explain to my customer. Awful customer service. You literally couldn't pay me to come here again. Next time I see a Doordash order for Sonic, I'll pass it on to someone else.
Very long wait time. It took 30 minutes to take my order and they weren’t busy. I love their food but very poor service.
Friendly staff and food was good!! Loved their milkshakes especially! Plus, the menus have a button at each parking spot so you can take you time before ordering
I went by right after they had been struck by lightning, so all their systems were down. In spite of that, they made my milkshake by hand and walked out to deliver it, refusing to take my cash because they said they had no way to ring it up. Best customer service—always friendly and courteous.
My order had missing items(tater tots) so I returned with my receipt to get the rest of my order. I waited a half hour for the tater tots to get to me. I would understand the delay if the restaurant was busy, but it was rather empty. This location seems poorly run and severely lacks efficiency. Only positive thing I can say is the quality of the food itself was acceptable.
