Pizza was literally raw in the middle. The dough was all gummy. Had to bake in home oven for 10 minutes. Also, the location on Collier & 54 is filthy. Bugs were on the floor, dirty tile with cracks and pieces missing in the entry way. Makes me wonder what the health conditions are where they prepare and cook the pizza. WILL NOT go back.

Deliver guy was rude he was mad because I didn’t tip on my card. I was going to get cash but since he made a smart a$$ remark to the other delivery guy I gave his tip to the other guy. Theyneed to train their drivers properly with manners like dominoes. Smh
First time I've ordered from Pizza Hut in yrs.. Ordered the BBQ pizza it was good. The night staff was very nice and friendly.
Update: Store manager took care of us above and beyondCalled to give manager some feedback about a negative experience. His reponse when I was done was, "Ok"No "I'm sorry". No "I apologize you couldn't eat 70% of the pizza you spent $12 on"...just..."ok"So I pressed a little further and managed to get "I'll talk to him" referring to the guy who makes the food...What a joke for management...
This is the second time in 4 days that I specifically ordered the original deep dish style pizza and I got what appeared to be thin crust or hand tossed. Completely different texture and taste.Like cardboard with cheese. ?Seems like unless I go to Target or an actual Pizza Hut sit-down restaurant it’s done incorrectly. Very disappointing and wasted money.
Ordered a large cheese pizza that was not cut fully so I had to use a knife. Not a problem. Then 16 count bone in wings where the garlic parmesan which had a hint of garlic but nothing but butter and were naked as seen in the picture. Then the cheesy bread was just regular bread. Not worth the almost 60$ for all of that. Which the only thing me and my kids enjoyed were the pizza.....not worth the time or money.
Gluten free stations. Due to being highly allergic to any flour substance. The last time we ordered we was very sick for 5 days due to our pizza being contaminated with flour substance. We decided to order once more, hopefully not a mistake. Well we will never order from here again.
They are close by so we usually get nice hot pies. Most recent order was delivered especially fast. Thin crust option is very important and taste is good.
Pizza Hut is my favorite! Over the years we have, maybe, gotten something that wasnt as good but not enough to complain about. The one thing I would suggest is that you allow us to change the way we want the sauce (light for us). However, when ordering from the Deals we do not have the option. Just my only two cents!
