My order was literally cancelled with no notification to me. Waited over an hour before calling to be told they are closed and promptly hung up on. Called and called to see how I was getting refunded, and no one would answer (this was at 5:30-6pm on a Sunday). Really embarrassing when you’re throwing a bday party and everyone is hungry and waiting. Also, very bad exposure for our local Pizza Hut with so many people there at the party to tell what happened. We tried Dominos and it was delicious, that will become our new spot to order from along with many others who often default to Pizza Hut.
We have never had a problem with this location. Food has always been fresh, hot. Ofcourse there are days where the delivery is a little longer but they do get busy it happens. We recently ordered and got a call not too much longer saying they only had one delivery driver and cannot say when it would get delivered it could be awhile so we decided just to drive in and pick up.Some places are short staffed. I always try to think of that.
Worst pizza hut ever, they had me waiting for a Small pizza and 8 Chicken Wings for almost 2hrs. And when finally arrived and was incredibly cold. Not ordering again.
I always have a good experience with this Pizza Hut. Even when I order on busy times or holidays. Food is always great.
Horrible. I spoke with store manager Alex and refused to deliver to my address which is 2 miles away when I literally get pizza delivered here all the time. Horrible service.
My order was not delivered on time and I had to re- order n waited over an hour to get a cold pizza.
Hot pizza, great customer service and Mike my delivery guy called to verified my beverage choice.
The crust, sauce, cheese & toppings tasted great, and the pizza arroived nice and hot. The delivery person thanked us for including the tip, and he was very polite and courteous.
The pie was made just the way I ordered it. It was a little smaller than I remember in the past. It was very good!
Nothing store is great probably the best pizza hut I have ordered from. Management is superb and the staff works as working team all the drivers on time and pleasant..I love this store one of the few that still make the beat pizza bbq brisket..thank you Hut!!!
