Their breakfast sandwiches are a rip off. The egg is almost as flat as a sheet of paper and they barely put any bacon on it. I know this is not typical of most Paneras since I eat lunch there often but this place is cutting some major corners or they don’t understand what a breakfast sandwich should be. I gave two stars because at least the bread was good. You’d be better off going down the road for a breakfast sandwich at Chick-fil-A for half the price and it’ll fill you up.
Very disappointing…used to be my favorite drive thru lunch spot but now you are directed into a parking spot every time you order even when restaurant is not busy. They had 4 cars waiting in spots today so I has to wait to even get in a spot in order to wait?!?! I’d rather wait in line then pull thru quickly and then sit in a spot for 10 mins. I only ordered a soup/turkey sandwich so why do I have to pull in a spot at all? Food quality definitely has gone down hill and customer service is terrible!
This location really needs a makeover by corporate. Employees all over the restaurant but nobody working the drive thru or curbside (placed an online order curbside order) After going inside, and asking if they finished my order and getting a yes, they were still missing items. Bread was hard. Soup was cold. Green tea tasted off. Sandwich overflowing with Mayo I didn’t even eat it. I can appreciate a younger staff, I was a high school kid once too, but the MANAGER not being on top of orders and MANAGING the store is unacceptable. Won’t be back.
Ordered Napa chicken salad sandwich last night. It was so good I ordered it again tonite. Disappointed. No mayo in the salad, plain sliced chicken, and a couple of grape halves. It was dry with lots of greens. Looked like it had been thrown against a wall when I opened it up. It fell all apart as I was trying to eat it. I’m cured. Won’t be ordering it again for a long time. ?
Get some real cups since you’re smart enough to charge $4 for a soda. The cup splits just from tipping over.
Panera Bread is a great place for tasty and inspiring deli type sandwiches, soups, and salads. You can become a rewards member and rack up points during 1 visit per day. There's nothing better than knowing your 1 visit away from getting a coupon or a free food item. I tend to be a creature of habit and order myself the you pick 2 that insists of half of a Turkey Bravo sandwich with a bowl of delicious and savory broccoli and cheese soup... With a baguette to dip into my soup and a thirst quenching large order of their Passion Papaya green tea. Typically, the drive through is quick and painless... But if you come around lunch time you may have to wait a wait a few cars to dig in. It's hard to be patient when the food is that good! Don't fret it though, because you always order your food ahead of time for their car pick-up services. Some might find Panera Bread a bit expensive for what they offer, but you can always tell by their quality of ingredients that it may just be well worth the trip!
The employees at this Panera came together and helped me out at a moments' notice, and I couldn't be more grateful. I pre-ordered boxes of coffee for an event, but I ordered from the wrong location. When I came by to pick it up, I realized my mistake. The guys working at this location whipped up my entire order in under 10 minutes, called the other location to inform them of my mistake, and saved the day! Also, thank you Panera for crediting me back for the order that I placed at the wrong location. Thank you so much!
I always have a great time at Panera Bread. The food and service are superb. This location is great. The cost of a meal is also very good.
we order the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl and the broccoli was mad raw. the reason i give it two and not 1 is cause the bake goods where good but the food is a no ?.
Yesterday my family member went here to get a bacon egg cheese brioche. She ended up with a scrambled egg. I called to ask if we are to order differently for a fried egg. The manager said no we ordered correctly. She said we could come back to get another yesterday. I said it will be a 40 minute trip can we get it tomorrow? She reluctantly agreed and took our name. Today we went back and we’re told that the manager name was wrong that ah remembered and treated very badly. My family member left. I called and talked with someone who said no should have been told yesterday to write down managers name in my ticket which I wasn’t told. I said you are treating me like I did something wrong! I asked for a manager. He had a different series of events. He was not friendly but said they found our name and would have the sandwiches ready. By this time my family member had already left. I used to frequent but no more with their rude employees and managers. They are supposed to make soft poached egg. Yesterday I got fried, today my family member bought outright and it is hard fried. It sucks. The best part is when it used to be soft but they can’t even get that right anymore. I will go to one of the hundreds of other restaurants nearby from now on.
