Showed up to drive through before closing, did not speak to us at the box. Pulled up to the window, still acted like we weren’t there. Walked into the restaurant because they were open, and two guys just hanging out in front of the register who looked like customers decide to tell us that the place is closed. We reply you are open till 930. He says the lobby closes at 9, we reply we went through the drive through and no one answered. We decided to leave. Need some new employees.
This location can get quite busy and seems to often have their lobby closed for unknown reasons. The food is what you might expect and not what stands out to me about this location. The customer service experience I had with Melissa S. was by far the absolute best I've ever experienced visiting any "fast food" type restaurant. I watched her as she appeared to brighten the day of a customer before me as she offered some crayons and paper to the parent of a young child and was even greater amazed when it became my turn. She explained the menu process and presented me with a very professional yet friendly and courteous attitude while she prepared my meal and this is exactly what I enjoy and why I will be returning.
The Panda is always the Panda. The food is good . The service is always fast.However; employee feuds amongst themselves do not need to be voiced so loudly that the customers can hear. Also, the management/ shift supervisor should have shut this down a lot sooner.
This has to be the worst Panda Express Ever. Peter was not welcoming and responded to a simple question with a rude response and if he’s the Manager which I was told he was, I worry about the rest of the staff and the quality of the food. Sarah was kind and did her best. I’m going to the trinity location from now on. They never miss a beat including customer service. This seems to be an all the time occurrence at this location. If I’m not mistaken he is a newer manager because the other ones have been just as bad. They never have food prepared and when you wait for the food it takes forever. I hope this gets to corporate and he receives training towards customer service.
Drive thru experience: ordered full portion of chow-mein but instead they gave me fried rice. Rice was under cooked and tasted bad. I warn all drive thru customers to check your orders before you take off, they do it on purpose every single time. My only message to this franchise is if you can’t cook the rice to perfection then better close it!!
The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were trying to have a fundraiser for Relay for Life American Cancer Society by partnering with them and the old manager got fired and did not tell the current staff about it. We arrived and they told us they had no idea what we were talking about and the manager told one of his staff members that he “felt bad” and the guy next to him said “oh, I don’t feel bad”. Who asked you to speak loud enough for us to be able to hear you. Our server kept giving us a rude look every time we told him what we wanted and he acted like we were speaking gibberish or something. Overall, very disappointed in this experience. At least the food was good.
Avoid the place. Health Department needs to check on them.
Go to one of the other pandas in the area. This location is ran poorly and often get cold food out of the drive-through. Staff was not very friendly. Really too bad because I use the one near my work all the time and love it just not willing to drive half an hour for Chinese food.Love the brand so please improve this store
Panda Express used to be one of our favorite fast food stops. The Panda in Wesley Chapel, FL is terrible. There last 4 times we went there, the food is marginal at best. A few weeks ago, they did not have lo mein at prime lunch time. Today we gave them another try and they did have lo mein, but it was dry and pasty. And no ice in our drinks. Needless to say we will not be back.
This was first time at this Panda Express location. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the counters, tables and floor. The staff was fast and efficient. Some patrons had to wait a minute or two for their orders, but it was worth the wait. All the food was obviously fresh. They were short one item when I was there (Black Pepper Chicken), but I was able to easily find a replacement item.
