Just ordered quick delivery awful taste and pizza was not cooked. Called and was insulted by the staff. Grand baby and daughter went without dinner they insisted there wasn’t anything wrong and did not reimburse me and left me talking on the line. No response no responsibility or apology no customer service= no dinner tonight. Awful experience!
Absolutely horrible. I don’t typically write reviews on food I eat, this was different. It should be considered a crime to have New York in the name of this pizza establishment. The pizza tasted closer to what I would expect from a Chuck E. Cheese or 7/11. I really hope the management from the store will see this post and improve the quality of their product. Easily could be the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. I’d recommend any pizza chain over this. Such a shame for them to promote somthing so far from what they could deliver. 1/5 stars and maybe a 1.5 out of 10 if I was feeling generous. Clearly would not recommend!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!! Both times i have ordered from them has been nothing but problems . my first order was suppose to be a 20 minutes wait for pick up . I got there 35 mins after and was told a kid dropped my pizza . the counter girl was very open about the kitchen lack of skills . I had to wait another 20 minutes and in that time the counter girl was arguing with the kitchen openly ! I got home which was 5 minutes away and my pizza and wings were both undercooked . I had to put them back in the oven. I tired to give them another chance today and ordered their special . The guy offered me free cheese bread to make up for last time . I placed my order at 4:17 and called back after 5pm to check on the delivery status . they told me it would be there in a few minutes . 30 mins pass and I call back , was told they were backed up and my order had not been made yet . i told them i was already told it was out for delivery . fast forward 2 hours and multiple calls . they tell me they lost my ticket , they could make it again but could not discount it because they are a small business . I said poor customer service and long delivery times is not how you stay in business . I was put on hold for 10 mins and then was asked do i want it or not . I will be reporting them to the health board and BBB.
Delivery took almost 1.5 hours, food tasted like it was frozen and cooked in microwave, fries were soggy, hiagie roll to sub was soggy and meatballs are not homemade or fresh. Not worth the wait or the money, never again. I got a flyer under my hotel door, seems to be their target and now I wish I would've read the review. No improvements from previous claims, just another hotel customer.
I honestly really want to like this place more, but I've given them 3 tries now and unfortunately I can see why this place has the ratings that it does.I have only had the pepperoni and cheese slices, but for a place that claims to make New York Pizza it's just not even close. Overall, the flavor of the pizza is not bad and the sauce is actually pretty good, but the crust just has absolutely no crisp, EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR IT WELL DONE.Overall, the quality day to day is just not consistent. This most recent pizza apparently had to be "made fresh", and while it was definitely hot the pizza was very oddly wide and not its usual shape. The 2 slices were shoved into a regular sized takeout box separated by a paper plate so the slice on the bottom gets completely smashed.Very disappointing considering this place is so close to where I live, and on top of that they're the only pizza place I'm aware of in the area that is open as late as they are. If these people put some work into revamping their pizza crust maybe some day it could be good, but like I said for a place that claims to make New York Pizza, this just doesn't even come close to making the mark.

the food is ok, was a bit disappointed and should’ve listened to the other reviews. seems like all they do is sprinkle parmesan on their wings and garlic knots and call them “garlic parm”. it wasn’t terrible, but for the price i would expect more.
It took 1.5 hours to deliver the food. We ordered chicken tenders and a Chicken burger. The tenders looked like they were half eaten and the chicken burger was a bun with two tenders. Ridiculous and disgusting. Please look at the photos.
If you want other people's hair in your food, then by all means, eat here. But never again will I EVER eat at this place again. The manager would not give me a refund. These restaurants need to understand there is a virus going around, it will not hurt you to wear gloves and a hair net to fix people's food. I hope you are also wearing a facemask while fixing people's food too.
Don't understand why this place has such a low rating, its my go to when I get home from work and everywhere else is closed. I appreciate how late they're open. My food is always AWESOME, hot, and quick delivery on Ubereats. My bf and I order from here at least once a week! Their baked pastas are my fav ?
