15+ minutes for nuggets and fries at the drive-thru during non-peak hours. This location has been here for far longer than I have been alive. You’d think that they would have this down to a science now.I asked the man at the payment window what the holdup was, he said that they were putting new nuggets and fries in. Lies. The nuggets taste like they’ve been sitting for an hour. Fries are acceptable.One would think that it’s pretty hard to mess up food that’s been served worldwide for decades now. Somehow this location manages to do just that.When all of the most recent reviews are negative, anyone with common sense can infer that something is most definitely wrong. Clearly whoever is running this location lacks common sense.Will not be giving them any more of my business until things change. Disappointed beyond belief.
We ordered cheeseburgers, only problem was there was no beef. How does that happen..
The menu is what it is. The problem is the very rude manager, Michael. Not just to the patrons, but seeing how the employees are spoken to is terrible. I left there stressed when it was supposed to a break. That is not the place to go
Didnt give us our fries and put almost no sauce on our burger. The crew working around 11:30 pm was really slacking
Amazing there have the best fries ever I've tasted but there chicken nuggets kinda are not that good but still very good

Best McDonald’s in Tampa. Very hard nowadays to find good service at a McDonald’s. This one was fast and got all our orders right.
I had the McRib, wife had the filet-o-fish. Food was fantastic, from the bun to the center of the meat. Perfect...Now, enter the store, walk up to the register and when the girl finally acknowledged us. Just said we can place our order at the kiosk. I thought we went to the register to order our food there instead of touching an unclean kiosk. I can easily say this because, 95% of the tables were dirty. Also looked like they had been dirty for a little while. Only us another patron and 2 employees eating in the dining area. Had to go back to the counter for ketchup, stood there for several minutes before I asked loudly if anyone was working there. And yes I saw about 6 not including the original one that was rather rude. But got our ketchup, and enjoyed our very good food.
Stopped so I could get something quick and on my keto diet... most disgusting bathrooms, Extremely RUDE manager and horrible customer service.Staff Won’t even acknowledge you, food sits on the counter until you go ask them (10 minutes later) where your food is at. Then give you cold food in a bag when you ordered it for “here”. I asked them why they didn’t call out my number or the order. With the CoVID concerns I am not about to be rude to other customers and go through their bags.I know know finding employees is hard right now but McDonald’s can’t be this Desperate! Unfortunately this is just the normal here. Stopped here on a few months and received the same sorry excuse the call service with the same horrible attitude and the same disgusting bathrooms.
Rude staff not friendly tried giving my rewards code through drive through assuming manager jumped on the mic asked me what the code was for I politely told her 20% off but what does that matter just put the code in right?! she goes okay and never puts my code in for my order very aggravating since I use my reward points for my children to get happy meals won’t be back to this location. Overall bad service.
