Catherine I have to register really made me feel comfortable before I asked there was a group for a family and the kids were so happy they were dancing while they were ordering then I got to the line and I’m on the budget and I had the app and she really made me feel comfortable I feel really special I will be calling corporate letting them know what a wonderful staff I’ll be bringing my family thank you once again
ordered from the kiosk, other came in after me - they got food in seconds, mine took 10 minutes. When it finally was brought to me, the girl spilled my water on the tray with my food on it. She brought it anyway. Either she was too clueless to notice or she didn't care. But she made up for it by not giving me any napkins. I went to get my own napkins but there were none. I saw several employees standing around leaning on things. The food wasn't bad for McDonalds, but the experience was.
I really don't know what's going on with this McDonald's and the fries. Disgusting!!! Asked to get them out of frier anger waiting 10 min for food in the first place. And they have me cold soggy fries again. Then you call and they same come back we will replace. Well all the other food is cold As well now. This is why I should have went to Wendy's
Standard McDonalds. Self order screens were off and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Staff was mostly friendly.
2 things. You are my local store I hate that I hate going there. I go out of my way to go to other McDonalds because of HOW LONG I always wait for food. What is it? Are you short on grills, fryers? Also STOP asking me if Im using the mobile app. no Im not and if i ever was Im fully capable of telling u so. So dissappounted in ya'll.
I have come over to this location a lot. But lately, their customer service and attention to detail are being off.... They haven't taken my orders right since months every single time I order is never right. This last time was this morning I orden Hot CHOCOLATE for my daughter instead I got milk.....
Ordered extra chocolate and expressed I wanted my drink truly chocolatey... Instead I got milk...
Don't bother going to this location at night, take an extra 8 minute drive to the next location.I went there at night and placed a simple ordered, asked me to pull to their parking spot to wait for the food. I waited patiently for 20 minutes. I pulled up to the window again and its like they completely forgot about the ordered I placed. If I dint pull back I would've waited there forever.
This place is supposed to be open 24 hour yet i pulled up and nobody was there. We waited like 10 mins and even tho there were cars there, lights on, not a soul. Don’t waste your time late at night
The drive through was extremely slow, backed up. The food was not hot or fresh! I've visited this location before and even though it was not great on that visit, it was better than this visit and that is why I decided to come back! Due to this experience, I will not visit this location again!
