Visited on Friday 5/6. Lobby closed earlier than posted, so we went through the drive-thru and used the tables outside the restaurant.The drive thru crew was amazing. Friendly and efficient.
After running errands for a few hours we wanted a quick lunch. Ordered a 40 count nugget and 2 fries for 5 of us. Asked for 3 small waters. We don't drink soda really. Teenage drive through girl gives me 2 small waters a medium and kept insisting they didn't charge me for the medium water. I dont know if she thought I was cheap. It was very rude of her. My teenagers with me, got upset and said I deff think she was mocking you mom. Happy Mothers Day weekend. Let's poke fun with 3 other employee and make fun of moms for ordering waters ?
So is this McDonalds open 24/7 or is it not? Every time I come to this location it’s “oh we only have chicken nuggets available is that okay?”… uhm sure I guess. Tonight around 10 pm I pulled up and all the lights are still on and I see a car in the drive through. “Sorry we’re closed.”.. what a joke. Please don’t advertise 24/7 if that’s not the case.
I was lied to by the lady in the drive through. Why would you advertise mario kart toys and give us a stitch toy, i asked her if it was mario kart because there was a stitch on the box and she said yes its mario kartNow my kid is upset because he was expecting a mario kart toy and got a stitch
Our visit to McDonald's was pleasant and the staff was great , The food was hot and as always tasty... The only thing I noticed was when I visited last time I couldn't believe it but the burgers on my double burger were quite noticeably thinner , Maybe I'm wrong , but I'm serious......
I pulled up and the clock turned to midnight, was greeted on the speaker saying sorry we are closed. I checked google and hours say 24hrs and it was just updated 3 weeks ago. Lights was on, waste of time. Update info correctly if not staying open
My mother does not speak english very well, and the person on the drive thru took advantage of her. She has ordered at several food places and this has never happened. She ordered a combo plain and a kids meal. The worker made her pay for TWO burgers with extra bacon, fries and a drink, without making it a combo, plus the kids meal. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE.
Website says they were open until 10, pulled up to the drive through to order (where there were several cars in front of us) where we were not helped for over 20 minutes. When they finally did acknowledge us, they informed us they were closed at 9:41. Abysmal service and truly unprofessional.
Their fries always seem to be the perfect to golden and salty ratio that they should be! Never have to wait in the drive through line for that long.
This by far has have to be the worst McDonald's in this area they close the drive thru at lunch and you can't use yi6 app for certain items
