Ordered on line and received a confirmation email with time order will be ready. Drove to store at proper time (around 6:30 P.M.) to find the store locked! As I got back in my car to leave, I got a call from a woman who said she is closing early because there is no one to make pizza and she needs to get home. She states she cannot control the on-line ordering and very sorry that I traveled there to get my pizza. Take Marco's off your pizza joint list!
I’ve always thought this location wasn’t as good as the one we had in Westchase when we lived there, but still, we believed in the brand. But now, no more. Ordered at 3pm for delivery at 7:30pm. Got home from our baseball game with 6 boys for my sons birthday party, and order said in prep… called, rude staff told me should be to me in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later called again. More rude staff. Said it will be when they have a driver come back. 30 minutes later. Finally around 8:20 have burned pizza delivered. Called again; the offered to remake. No thank you with 6 hungry teenaged boys. No apologies, nothing. Won’t order from this location ever again. No thank you. Looks like they cooked it, and ran it through the oven a second time to make sure it was hot upon delivery. Oh and I filled out the corporate survey via email with zero response. Very poor customer service on the whole.
Took over an hr. Delivery driver was going to ignore the fact I need to sign and tip...prb giving themselves the highest tip possible. Also delivered a completely frozen 2 liter.Order pizza from mom and pop locations not these chains that don't care.
Friendly and the Pizza was good. The pickup time estimate was right on, I was told an hour and it took an hour. Very busy place which is a good thing...
It took 2 hours to get our pizza tonight and my husband tried to talk to the manager and he was rude and laughed at my husband, when my husband tried to talk to a manager. Who is the owner of this place? Terrible customer service
We held our daughters birthday party up near this Marco’s Pizza location and did a future order to make sure it was ready on time. We showed up at 11:45 AM local time with a requested 11:45 AM pickup time and boom, sitting there waiting was our order. I asked for some plates and napkins and the nice lady at the county provided those and offered some bags for trash just to be certain. She was extremely helpful and courteous and the pizza was delicious.
We order at 729pm, it said it will delivered at 843pm (super long, but it's Friday night so that's fine).But at 850, the site still says in Prep. I call and (i didn't ask for a manager, they just transferred me there, apparently they knew somethings wrong)I let them know there is no update on the site. The manager got on and she just says "it's still here at the store". So i politely ask, could i get an update on how long? She says, 15-30 more minutes. (Which also tells.me it hasn't been made yet and hopefully it wasn't because it'd be cold). I was very very nice, she seemed agitated and was not polite at all.If you are short staffed or there is a problem, let the customer know before we order that it will be 2 hours. I would have ordered from somewhere else.We get it at 915pm(1hr and 45) and sure enough. It was hot. Just barley warm.Never again.. I'm done!
Why some of these reviews are b s. Never ordered from there before. Pizza was here quick hot and delicious I think people wrght bad reviews just to be bad people. Well I has impresses they were awsome
After waiting for over an hour for DoorDash to deliver a pizza from here, Marcos canceled our order without explanation. They said because they are closed…I called and they are clearly not closed. I’ll never order pizza from here again.
Would give 5 star but the last time 2 times I ordered were both a complete disaster. Wait times given on the websites were off by an hour. This is both pickup and delivery. I actually cancelled the last delivery. Pizza is usually good but I'm looking for a new place now due to consistently bad experiences.
