The customer service (Brandon) makes you feel good on the outside and the creamy, delicious, homemade ice cream makes you feel good on the inside. Why can’t the world be one big Ice Dreammm shop???I appreciate the vegan and gluten-free options that always leave me satisfied. Today I had the RUM HAVEN (with a caramel swirl and toasted coconut on top) Pure bliss…it was a party in my tummy. ? I’m glad my hair salon is next door so I can enjoy a double pleasure.

My husband loved the coffee flavor, and I had a mix of strawberry and cookies and dream. THEN we took home a pint of cookie butter. Customer for life.
Hidden Gem!I am visiting my mother from Maryland, and we were looking for a dessert shop that has vegan options. A Google search led us to the shopping center, and we finally found our destination in the rear.The ice cream flavors were excellent: I enjoyed peanut butter Oreo and a scoop of vanilla. My dairy free daughter enjoyed the oat milk vanilla.The 2 young men working the counter were super nice.A great experience!
This place was fantastic! First time in the shop and I'm glad we stumbled upon it. One of the staff members went out of her way to make my son an ice cream when somehow I misread Creamy Vanilla and thought it said Cherry Vanilla....blame it on 2 kids and just moving to the area...man I'm tired. But regardless, that special flavor tasted AMAZING. I hope it becomes a staple on the flavor board or we can continue to request the magical concoction!!!
I usually get the caramel ice cream , but last night I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried the cookies and dream OMG it is soooo good. I now hav a new favorite. When we have guests visiting we bring them here for some delicious creamy ice cream. Everyone just loves it.

This shop was very quaint and cute. They had dairy and gluten free options. It was a nice surprise as I am lactose intolerant and usually have to watch while my son enjoys his ice cream. This time I could eat with him and not worry about consequences. The staff was incredibly friendly and interactive, even providing bad "dad" jokes when my son asked about the sign on the sample spoon trash. While enjoying our ice cream we watched several other staff/customer interactions and I was very impressed with their customer service. The homemade ice cream was absolutely delicious and they had quite a few options to choose from. They even offer family games, like guess who or chess, for customers to play while enjoying their ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Ice cream, homemade, absolutely delicious! The people that work there are fabulous, Leanna, although She just had to leave because She is moving and Brandon and the other Girl, I am sorry I forgot her name! I will be going back many more times for sure! Take out or sit in, the atmosphere is great!
