2 calls 20 minutes on hold no answer!
we are located literally 5 minutes down the road on 41. No exaggeration, 5 MINUTES. Took them over an hour to get us our 1 pizza and cheese bread, and when we got it the cheese was half way off the pizza, it still tasted good, though. 1 star.
I came in as a walk-in and ordered a sausage bacon and jalapeño pizza it was literally made in 10 minutes like the gentleman said and was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time I appreciate it . Also the manager is a proud Marine thanks again buddy
They had a large order ahead of use and we still was able to get our stuff in a timely manner.
I gave them 2 stars because they have been great in the past and we frequent this location, however, the last few times I have ordered from this location, it has taken over an hour and the pizza arrives cold and with hardly any cheese. Very disappointing. I did try to notify the store but I sat on hold for a long time until I finally gave up. I also tried to email but said their server could not connect or something. After being a long time, frequent customer, I can no longer order pizza from here. This is no longer an understaffing issue, it’s a standard business practice. Save yourself the money and order from Marco’s instead, much better quality.
Horrible experience here. Got delivery and was told 60mins, 2 hours later a cold pizza arrived. They need to get their act together. This used to be a great place. Now not so much.
Placed an online order for delivery, pizza never arrived. Called and after a ten minute hold lady answers and says they have no workers. I asked for a refund and she placed the phone down and began to take other calls. This is the absolute worst pizza experience in Tampa with no close 2nd.
Ordered from here multiple times. Service is declining, tracking system isn't accurate. Recommend not choosing delivery. Almost every time you call it's a long hold time.
I ordered from here two days ago. Both the pizza dough and the cheese bread dough wasn’t cooked thoroughly it was very gooey and soft. The sauce on the pizza I ordered was packed on. Uncomfortable amount of sauce. It took 1 hour and 3 minutes to deliver me the worst pizza I’ve ever had and i live 2 miles from the place. I love pizza and I threw 5 1/2 slices away. Straight trash save your money.
Taco Pizza is a great disappointment. they show on the advertisement that everything is on the pizza an melted in but its not. they give you all the stuff that's supposed to go on the pizza in little baggies and you have to put it on there definitely not worth the money.
