I don't often write reviews but I want to say how impressed I was with the manager while there today. I met my children and grandchildren for lunch. We meet here several times per year. The manager was active and engaged with employees and customers the entire 2 hours I was there. I don't know his name but I did have one slight problem and I was able to speak with him and he fixed it immediately. He also offered a dish of ice cream though I asked for no compensation for the oversight. I just want to thank him and I hope his boss sees this. I have worked food service myself so I know, this man deserves recognition. ? 5 stars ?
So our favorite server, Brian has now been to promoted to an assistant manager so MK took care of us. Amazing! This is the first time out of 20 some times going I had to send food back. MK took care of it and the head guy came over and made sure the right temperature of food came out. MK put my second glass of wine in him. Really! This is only one reason we go to Ford's Garage. We love to bring friends and family to the many Ford's Garage and are never disappointed. Food is good, there is a great variety, great service and fair prices.
This looked like a fun place to eat while visiting town and it really was! If you’re a Ford fan or nostalgic cars this is a must! Greeted promptly and sat down right away. Our waitress was helpful and got us drinks right away while we looked at the menu. If you’re vegetarian there really wasn’t a lot of options so my daughter and I just ate some side dishes but they were good just would like to see more options at restaurants in the future. Overall nice place to come to.
Most interesting burger place I've ever been to. First thing is the bathrooms are very clean but it's an interesting garage theme. Now the service is great people were nice and respected you. The food is pretty good,I gotten this jiffy burger that had peanut butter I thought it was gonna be nasty but it was pretty good just too much peanut butter. Line wasn't long and the food is at a pretty good price. If you are a fan of burgers you should definitely come here 8/10.
We had lunch for our first time at Ford’s Garage. Our traveling partners have been before and suggested it and boy are we glad! The décor and vibe are great. Our waitress, Noelle was awesome. Even though the place was packed she was attentive and friendly. For lunch we had Patty Melt, Burgers and salad. And tots….yummy tots. What a great place! And be sure to visit the bathrooms…just go…teehee!
We have been there twice in the last month. The staff greeting you is great, the servers super friendly, the menu quite varied, and the overall setting is fun. The huge problem we had in both visits is the kitchen is SO SLOW. Last time we had 5:30 reservations, and finally left after 8 pm. The main reason is the order took over one hour to deliver to the table. And then, some of the food was only warm and not hot. Our server offered many apologies, but they must be really short staffed. The time before with a large group of 12 on a Sunday at 4 pm, was just the same. Even the appetizers took forever to come out of the kitchen, and then the dinners even longer. What looked to be a good experience really fell flat. I rarely criticize places I eat, and I even mentioned the poor experience when we arrived the second time. But I can't imagine returning again, and I want anyone reading this to realize you should manage your expectations at Ford's Garage.
Nice pub with dine in and bar options. Food service was fast. Our waitress was really friendly.Only thing was they were out of many drinks on Saturday night, even they served merica mule drink in a glass rather than a mug. Hopefully they will ramp up themselves for Saturday night’s rush .Overall it was good.
The decorations are very cool, as the name says it is like eating in a Ford garage. It was very interesting and fun atmosphere. The wait staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre. I had the fish and chips and they were soggy. My husband had the ribs and Burnt ends combo platter. He said it tasted like it had been heated up, but cooked yesterday. Our waitress was super friendly. I would recommend going there for a drink and maybe an appetizer, but I would skip a meal.
Great service friendly atmosphere
