Kind of disappointed actually. Fries weren't as tasty as they usually are and the grilled onions on my burger was...ok. I expect better from five guys.
Ordered a burger because I live far away and they just canceled my order for no reason. Yet they have an entire section that says “Order Online” thanks for the great customer service

Tho $17 for one dbl bacon cheeseburger, sm fries, and sm(freestyle) Coke to split, still the best. L.A. Times once rated 5 Guys fries second to McD's(You all need to stop smoking that dirtweed). Even Wendy's has upped their game. At least they rated their own In n' Out dead last.
The absolute worst customer service EVER! Placed an online order for pick up, paid online, got confirmation, and was deducted from my bank account instantly, get there and they say they have no order for us. I explained it was paid for and they said if they don't have a ticket for it, they can't make it. Asked to speak to the manager, and some little punk said he was the manager. Said there was nothing they could do and walked away. Some girl then came over and said the exact same thing. Finally a third person came over and he was very nice and investigated a little more. Turned out our order was under the wrong name. He was older and apparently had a bit more sense. Needless to say we will not be back. I find it hard to believe that if their system fails to process an order the customer is out of luck on both ends....no food and money GONE!
Do not ever try to use their app for delivery, it doesn't work and will continually decline your payment because you're choosing delivery. Even though the option exists on the app, apparently it isn't an option to get delivery through the app at all. Even if you call in your order and they say it can be delivered, it's a lie. The only way to get delivery is to order through doordash, we finally got that info after trying to place an order with them for almost an hour. No apology from the manager, no working with us, no help at all. Fix your app and your customer service.
Do not eat here. Don't waste your money on a over price burger that doesn't taste good very greasy and very messy to eat. You'll better off at Burger King or Wendy's. Worst $14 I've ever spent. Not to mention the staff is not that friendly. Stay away from this place.
I love Five Guys, but the employees at this outlet wore no masks. Neither did most of the customers. Shake sat 15 minutes waiting for other food to be prepared; it was melted. Mediocre burgers and fries.
Was a very busy dinner rush when I arrived and the staff was super quick and efficient taking orders and churning out food.One of the most fun realizations while I was waiting was that there were 5 guys running the place.In addition to news articles and photos to keep you occupied while waiting, they also have peanuts available to snack on.
