Not sure what's worse, the service or the quality of their product. I should have read the reviews before stopping here, seems this is normal for this location. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
I get the same coffee at every dunkin.. a caramel latte, and i know when it’s made improperly. I took a sip of my coffee, only to be greeted with a mouthful of sugar. drinking coffee and having to chew on the sugar is not something I want from my coffee.
Worst staff in the world three people laterally doing nothing, I walked in waited for ten minutes by the register and I checked no one was at the drive through and I know you might say they do online order nope because I put an online order before I go to the store and I had to ask for it and she told me oh it just came in so they didn’t even pay attention to the online orders either. Poor customer service. Never using this location again and I hope someone from management pay more attention before this location fell apart.
This Dunkin is rough. I have ordered 3 or 4 dozen donuts through the mobile app with the intention on picking them up at 9 AM every Friday. 1st 3 weeks in a row was told I did not order at this location and to check another. I have to go out to get my phone and prove it to them, then they look down at the printer with a, "Oh here it is!". Keep in mind order was put in at least an hour before this. Today was 4 dozen donuts. Upon my arrival I was told they were completely out of donuts and offered me a refund. A 24 hour place with "Donut" in their name and not a single donut to be sold around 9 AM!? Please do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the next one. I order tons of these for work and this location is the worst to memory.
Half of the time when you get food from them. The bread when you get it toasted is burnt. Even though you tell them you wanna lightly toasted. And the food is cold to the point of cheese doesn’t even melt. This location is out of stock half the time of stuff. Go to a different location if you’re able to.
This dunkin really needs to improve. I’m attaching a picture of my embarrassing bagel. It feels like an actual brick, that’s how stale it is. I had to open it up after a few bites after wondering why it was so dry and revealed the tiniest amount of cream cheese. I give this dunkin a *second* chance way too often only because it’s so close to my house and I swear it gets worse every time.
How are you out of donuts at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday? Could not even spread the cream cheese on a bagel just plopped it on there and stuck it in the bag.

I placed an order at the drive thru. When I arrived at the window I requested to add an order of munchkin donuts. However, the guy at the window which appeared to be the manager said I would have to drive back around because they have service times to meet and the clock was ticking. Really, I was the only car in line. If I could give them a zero star I would for the terrible customer service. They are constantly parking cars to manipulate their service time numbers and the long wait times.
Kind of ruins your day when the dunkin worker in the drive thru is rude when trying to place an order, especially when you're the only one in line..the lady kept saying UGH I CANT HEAR YOU when trying to say it clearly and slowly for her.. I had to scream my order for her to hear me..they were also out of the stuffed bagel bites and snakin bacon, but when we asked to add something else they said "WHAT?" Attitude wasn't necessary..Then both coffee orders were wrong and made badly and were not even the correct drink..one of the worst dunkins I've been to.
