Horrible service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR THEY WILL 100% GET IT WRONG. If they don't have what you ordered they will substitute it with something random without telling you. Order 12 donuts? Sorry you only get 9. Order two hashbrowns. Sorry you only get one. Pathetic.

Went yesterday 4/7 at 6pm. Girl at the window says she can't make any warm food because she already closed down and cleaned the station in prep for closing. They close at 8pm. Pretty awesome, welcome to 2022.

I stopped to get a client some coffees and donuts and the customer service I received was horrible . I believe the woman’s name was Tammy or Terry. ( It started with a T .She was hacking up a storm the entire time I was there, then touching other peoples food and drinks without washing her hands first . I think I’ll pay more to go to Starbucks after this experience. She is going to get people sick .

The one star doesn't reflect the service received by the kind lady working the drive through window this morning. Even with the number of cars wrapped around the building, she was kind and pleasant. I understand the world is short staffed right now, but a manager needs to step in. This poor girl was clearly running the place herself. Every morning there is a 15-20 min drive through wait. Just this morning I watched a total of 6 cars pull out of line because of the wait itself. Yesterday I left because of how long I had to wait. You're losing customers and business which I am sure you want to be aware of. Before you lose the kind lady working there and your returning customers, get management or corporate involved. I'm sure there are plenty that can step in like we have all had to do in this pandemic. I would hate to see this place close its doors. It's been my go-to for years.

I love the menu and the offerings. Sadly, that are super understaffed, it seems. There are frequently things out of stock and the delivery orders are usually wrong. The staff is really nice and will do whatever they can to help the situation.

This is one of the best locations on 41 in Lutz so we drive out of our way to visit this location. They make the drinks correctly and they have donuts after the morning rush. Speaks to good management.

Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER! Many products not available off the menu... No ham and No Muffins... Gave us the wrong Coffee. Our Breakfast sandwiches were roasted beyond recognition...all in one visit! This was actually our 3rd visit everyone having issues which made us feel like we needed to say something.

Disappointed, I rarely get morning coffee but when I do I choose dunkin. Because my job has moved my usual dunkin on my route has changed as well. Usually my experience at dunkin in general is a good experience. I went to this location today the line was low, they didn't have what I wanted and couldn't make any recommendations so I decided on a peppermint mocha and I said please extra sugary extra whip extra everything of course I'll pay for the upcharge u have no problem but I want it sweet. The drive through lady rushed me off she said yea yea yea got it. The lady at the window was kind I didn't get her name or know if she was the one who took my order. When I got my coffee I ordered it cold... it was Luke warm like tap water... it was not extra sweet it tasted like regular bitter coffee. Couldn't taste the chocolaty peppermint in the coffee at all so I ended up not drinking it :( I could've turned around and asked for a refund or a new coffee made right but I was too tired and hate u-turning.
