Always have a good experience at this Dunkin and I will drive further to go to it rather than the one closer to my house. Drinks are usually consistent and when other Dunkin’s are out of my fave stuff I can always count on this one to have them! Even when they didn’t have what I wanted, they offered to make me something similar. Always kind and helpful. :)
This was the 3rd time we visited this location. It was 7am and every visit the out side was absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the parking lot and the inside was no better. Tables were sticky and nothing wiped down. Food was ok, they were obviously very short staffed because the young man from drive thru was running back and forth to help people at the counter. Every time someone came in the door the poor kid just rolled his eyes.
Love this Dunkin. Always fast and reliable. Sure they may get congested. But come on when the car in from of you orders 10 sandwiches you are gonna have to expect a bit of a wait for something good.
The white lady with the short brown hair was putting her hands on the bacon with no gloves. We watched her from the window pushing bacon into a sandwich with her bare fingers. When she handed me my food she had dirt underneath her nails. Absolutely gross.
The location is great, but the drive-through area congested.. vehicles can come 2 sides and sometimes even though you come ahead of opposite direction you will be on disadvantage side. In the past, they used to always out of either ketchup or mayo but last 2 visits they provided those. Also, make sure to verify items in order i missed one completely in the bag.
I pre-ordered boxes of coffee for an event. When I arrived to pick up the coffee, I was informed that they are out of boxes and they were unable to fulfill the pre-order! I ended up ordering last minute from Panera in Land O Lakes and they saved the day for me! I had 2 boxes of coffee, cups, creamer, and sugar in under 10 minutes. I don't think I will be going back to this Dunkin.
Coffee is usually good, my first cup of winter blend was good then today I ordered another winter blend and nothing of the gingersnap. The first cup wound up taking five sweeteners and five creamers and it was still harsh as heck and it was sort of warm. I wound up getting two more cups and they were all the same no end of ginger snap harsh as heck and their machine had to be messed up because it kept giving me grounds in all three cups. So I don't know the coffee is good usually but today it kind of sucked. Just saying
This location (Lutz) is great. Avoid the one on Ehrlich Rd. Their coffee consistently tastes burned.
Worst dunkin place I went. They don't have almost anything. I order a croissant with different ways and they don't have it. Not even a plain bagel. Poor place. My potatoes wash all soft ,needs a little more time to cook. Disaster.
Waiting 25 mins inline handed a 20 dollar bill to the gentleman he gave me change for a 10 . When I confronted him he looked at me funny and stood there then numerous people asked what happened while I sit there and wait . Moments later a manager comes over and asks for my number I asked why she was going to call me I stated she should pull the register and count. She stated she would look at cameras . Why should I wait for Their mess up I live 30 mins away from that Dunkin . Lesson learned I will tell them what I am giving them . I have never been to this Dunkin without a problem or them not having anything even stutting down food at night . This place is a disaster the owners should be concerned with the cruw that's running this they are loosing lots of money and customer a and ruining the reputation of Dunkin . I would give 0 starts but it's not allowed .
