We are eating Marcos Pizza because this dominos pizza couldn’t fill and order for a birthday party that was order a week before. After waiting a hour pass out delivery promised time. The store manager told us to go somewhere else because they where still not made and hour after. A poor excuse for a business!
I will never order from this place again ordered pizza to be delivered at 130 called at 2 they said it was on the way . Tried calling back at 230 my number was blocked somehow to say the least I was very unhappy as I was calling out of town .It was to be delivered to hospital for employees bday. Didn’t arrive till 3. An hour and a half for delivery !! Not a way to run a business
Ordered through the app, got the notification from my bank that it charged 2 times, but they never received my order. Then spent 10 minutes talking to an automated system, a customer service rep, then finally a person working at the store to confirm they did not receive my order. App is garbage. Customer service is garbage. Rating is not about this store in particular but more about Dominos as a whole.
Every time Jordan is preparing my order I don't get my order until HOURS later. When I call to speak to a Manager, he says he is the Manager. I order at this store ALL THE TIME and he is the ONLY ONE. I feel he does this on purpose. The food is great when he's not working. Not sure if I am the only one experiencing this but this time I am going to Corporate.
This location is great. Pizzas are always made right. Staff is friendly. Drive thru window is convenient.
One hour and thirty-six minutes later and I get a cold pizza. This is the second time in a row. Do not do delivery here.
Just past 95min waiting for my pizza order. For a room temperature pizza. Domino's is off the menu!
Gave me the wrong pie. Called and told them so they could have it ready to go when I got back but I still had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get me the right pie. The kids are enjoying the replacement pie but my now 30 minute old pizza isn't doing much for me. They made no effort to compensate me for my extra trip to the store either.
Service was fast! The last two times I ordered my dessert was charcoal black on the bottom and my pizza was overcooked! I ordered ranch dipping sauce and never received it but paid for it!
waiting over an hour now. not the first time we've received poor service from the location.
