They could not get my order right I had to return twice to counter and then she the date was did not give me my fries when I ask about fries she gave me a kids meal fry that was cold when I ordered a full size combo the person was clearly under the influence of marijuanna. I just wonder about the management because if I could see it why couldn’t they. I will not return to this place. To begin, I should mention that I never review restaurants and have made an exception this time because of how bad the experience was today. This is the second time I've eaten at this location and both experiences were noteworthy in the mediocre meals that I received. There were a number of problems on the occasion that my family and I stopped here for a quick dinner on the way home. First, it took nearly ten minutes for the cashier to take my order. Not as a result of some language barrier or other communication issue, just because she seemed totally inexperienced with how the process worked. This would have been fine, had the food that I received been correct. One of the meals received had the wrong toppings on it's burger and the other was charged extra for cheese that came on a so called "cheeseburger". Next, we received multiple orders of cold, soggy fries. Finally, all of our ice creams were melted when we received them. The cherry on top was that my girlfriend was unhappy after the meal. This will likely be the last time I dine at this Dairy Queen location.
I'm not normally one to complain or make a big deal about little things, usually just takes a simple, "Hey you made a mistake," or, "I'm missing something in my order", but I've never had an issue at any DQ where my cup has been 3/4 full, nor have they missed adding mint entirely. There's an issue when a product is typically one color, but when you get it and it ends up being completely white. Especially now since prices seem to have gone up recently. I understand where some employees heads may be about their job, but its no excuse to jip customers or do things wrong. This issue is referring to tonight's closing shift. I'm sure not everyone who was in the store contributed, but when one person has a poor attitude, its contagious, and others will begin taking shortcuts in order to make the job "easier". I hope its as simple as someone just having an off day, but in my experience with fast food, its typically a recurring issue with the offenders.
Very disappointed. A1 burger tasted like watered down a1. Good thing I had some a1 at home. Tomatoes were mushy on the double cheese bacon deluxe. My oreo blizzard tasted like it had fake oreo and a little real oreo. The fries tasted old and mushy.

Been there twice this week. Both times ice cream is runny like soup. The lady just handed it to me and it already looks like soup. TURN YOUR FREEZER UP PLEASE, this is soup NOT ice cream. I will take my money elsewhere!
Had to wait so long for my food order that the mini blizzard I ordered and they gave me at the pay window melted quite a bit. Also grilled cheese sandwich was not grilled. Bread was barely toasted.
