The ChuyChanga was cook perfectly. The chips and Salsa are always right on time. Save some of the salsa to drip on your meal. Service is A+, thanks 15002
Some of the best Mexican food in the area. The service is super friendly, and there's so much to see inside, like the wall of dog photos, the ceiling of hubcaps, etc..
I have been to this location 4 times, for both lunch and dinner and have had a consistently satisfying experience. The restaurant is clean (no greasy floors and furniture like some places). The staff is DIVERSE and friendly. The food is delicious, portions are generous, but not glutenous and the cocktails (various options for margarita concoctions) have been great and not watered down. The atmosphere isn't flawless, a bit hot in the booth area with warmth from lights? Booth vinyl starting to crack already, but the bar area walls are covered in real frame photos of all kinds of DOGS! What's not to love about that? Family friendly as well. Keep up the great work!
Chuy's offers fresh and delicious Mexican food. All portions were nicely seasoned and were huge, too. Their cocktails are outstanding - give them a try, you won't be disappointed. The restaurant can be very noisy as it resembles a waiting room. Service was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant.
We have been thrice to this place, first time was pretty good with service and food. Second and 3rd time our server was same, she messed up our orders. We asked for specially no beef, she got us beef without knowing we ate half of it. 3rd time we were very specific about it and made sure she remembers no beef and made her substitute with chicken like we requested before, she did well this time but ended up charging for it. Of course manager took care of us both the times, we will definitely be returning but not with the same server though.
Stopped by Chuy's in Luts on Sun evening in April '22. It was busy and after 30 min wait we were sitted in a dining room on the right side of the resturant with very few people. The food was tasty and portions were big. Their homemade salsa was very fresh and delightfully hot. Guacamole was fresh, but lacked any spiceness at all. Fajitas were good, but not remarkable. The service however was disappointing. The waiter's attitude was like “I told ya food was coming, leave me alone” :( Wasn't nice :( Also, when asked to recommend some Chuy's signature sauce on the side the one he brought was just uneatable :( So, the feelings from this place are mixed.
Hands down the best Mexican food!! As I’m writing this review my mouth is already watering!! The salsa has a kick which is perfect!! The nachos are fresh and everything is made to order!! Can’t wait to go again!! Our server was on point with everything and when you walk in, you smell the food and if you weren’t hungry then, you will be!!!
Our first time and it was excellent and our waitress was very nice!
